“THEY ARE A VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY CALL IF YOU CANNOT ANSWER RIGHT AWAY. I SET IT OFF A COUPLE OF TIMES BY ACCIDENT.”

“My mother dropped her alert necklace and we got a call immediately since it has fall detection on it. It was great knowing that they are on call 24/7 and we’re so lovely in the phone, even when it was the third time she’d don’t this!”

“I am almost 75 years old and my wife passed away last sept. I live alone with my little dog and my family Dr. told me to get system like this.I looked at others but I like having the satellite unit so Iam covered everywhere.”

“My mom lives alone in a remote, rural area of VT and we wanted something that would enable her to summon help easily and quickly, as well as detect a fall. Everyone I've spoken with at MobileHelp has been friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. While adapting to the system has been challenging for my elderly mom, she knows it's essential for her safety and is happy we purchased the system for her.”

“I am very grateful for everyone employed with Mobilehelp. I am happy to say that my mom hasn't had any accidents yet but she has accidentally pressed the call button. The response to the call was unbelievably fast. So I know if she ever needs help the response time will not be long. It is a wonderful system. I now have peace of mind knowing my mother is protected 24/7 by people who actually care. I want to personally thank everyone at Mobilehelp for a job well done. May God continue to bless all of you ! Keep up the good work.”
