The service has been absolutely wonderful. They were able to answer all my questions. The biggest selling point with this product is the fact you NEVER have to take off the lifeline to charge it or take a shower.

I appreciate the patience of your staff, as my Mom (your client), has accidentally set off the mobile device in her purse. The operator handled the situation very professionally and courteously. Thank you.

As an active widow with MS, my family and friends are concerned for my welfare as I fall often. With MobileHelp they are now at ease knowing if something were to happen I can get assistance. I also bought the system for my recently widowed father who still works his farm. It make my brother and I comforted knowing if he falls he can get help. He is 85 and able to understand the system.

So far so good. I feel safer. I will just have to see how it works. I have an idea cause my button got mashed by mistake. I got the call, they were very nice but thankfully i did not need them.

I love MobileHelp. I finally feel safe at home alone or going out alone. I know if I fall or need medical help it will be there at the push of a button. Thank you for giving me peace of mind.

The person who responded to my request by phone was very helpful and set me up with the equipment. This arrived in a timely fashion, was easy to set up and test, working well. I'm very pleased so far with this company.

Mobile Help saved my Mom's life. She lives alone & only 2 weeks before we had gotten Mobile Help. At 3 am, Mom had pain & difficulty breathing, so she pushed her call button (necklace). She was unresponsive when EMT's got to her. Dr said a few more minutes & she would not have survived. Mobile Help works. We are very, very grateful for Mobile Help.

Getting the MobileHelp devices for my mother has relieved me of so much stress when my mother is home alone. The employees at MobileHelp were the best in helping me when I explained my mother's situation.

I have not had MobileHelp for very long but one day I apparently, by accident, pushed the button on the neck alert and immediately received a response which reassured me for when it might be needed.

I hope I never need to use Mobile help, but it is there if I need help. I called to check device and was connected to the most helpful person.She guided me thru the process ,made me feel comfortable. That was very good! Hey socks are great also!!

I spoke to several customer service reps, all of whom were knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding of my situation and needs. Although they each told me of extra services or equipment I could purchase to enhance our mobile alert system, none of them persisted or pushed me to buy, which I very much appreciated. Fortunately, we have not yet had to activate the mobile alert, but I feel confident that if my husband were to use his pendant to contact the alert system, he would be well taken care of. I also appreciated that the registration agent agreed to make note that if my husband uses the pendant to call for help, MobileHelp will try to contact me before sending the ambulance. In our situation, this process makes the most sense.
