“Very effective. Ultimate in safety products, ;i.e. wristbands, necklaces with pendants for falling, and others, with a button to push. They also have lock boxes with coded access that police or firemen can use to gain entry if your not conscious to open door.”

“When first installing the system we had a couple of false alarms since a great grandchild thought it was fun to play with the new “toy”! Those were handled with professionalism and good humor by the operators. Not many days after there was a fall for which the alert alarm was really needed. That too was handled professionally and very promptly. Thanks!”

“My alarm button got pushed by mistake and they called me immediately and canceled the call for help when they were told I was good. Gave me confidence that they would be taking good care of me.”

“I find the necklace rather uncomfortable. It cuts into my neck slightly and seems to get in the way. I cannot find the right place on chest for it to hang. Therefore, I wear my bracelet, and not the necklace.”

“This has been a great experience so far. I hope I never need to use mine. I live alone and on the outskirts of our little town. During the day, what neighbors I do have are all working. Plus, my street is a dead end, so there's not much traffic on it. Last winter we had a pretty deep snow storm and I fell down next to my car. The snow was so deep, I couldn't get up, just floundered. I had my cell phone and called my Son in Law here in town. He came over and after a few tries, got me back in the house. If he wouldn't have ben home, I'd still be laying there.I definitely feel more comfortable and safer having my MOBILE HELP))).Don't hesitate until it's too late. “We have had the MobileHelp device for a very short time. Since we got it, my father has needed it 3 times. Each time the service was great! Family was contacted and EMS when requested or necessary. It is great comfort knowing that my father is able to get help when needed.”

“We bought the MobileHelp necklace for a friend. She hasn't even had it a month and this morning she fell outside. Within 15 to 20 minutes at the most, she had help. We were her emergency contact considering her family lives out of town. We were contacted in a very timely manner and were able to help the rest of the way. Thankfully she was okay from the fall. We would definitely recommend MobileHelp to anyone who has need for a medical alert button.”
