We purchased for our father, and from the first phone call and through the entire process everyone was very helpful and kind. All my questions were answered. Received the equipment promptly, and it was easy to set up. Many extra promotions were part of the package. It gives us peace of mind.

So far we've been quite pleased. We were able to easily set system up, test it, and my father is using it daily. He is surprised that it is not bothering him to wear the fall detection device - that was our largest fear!! So far so good!

Mobile Help was very professional from my first call and thereafter. The unit was easily set up and thankfully have not needed to use it. But, after setting it up we accidentally triggered it and they immediately called to verify the situation.

We are very pleased with the help we've received from Customer Service in understanding how to set up, use and test our new system. Fortunately, my husband has not needed to use the system in an emergency situation and we hope he never will. Thank you for your assistance thus far.

it was the easiest thing to install when i say SIMPLE that is an understatement and it works AWESOME my mom has already had to use it to transport to the hospital and I was called within minutes to be notified of this happening. I truly recommend buying it if you need it for a loved one

After doing my research I find that mobile help is one of the best on the market today. I feel very confident that my dad of 88 years is fully protected which gives me peace of mind when I’m not around.

I feel very safe with mobile help. Sales person was excellent on the phone. She explained everything. The equipment is modern and effective. I have mistakenly set my system off and found the operator friendly and responsive. Response time immediate. Love my new system.

The wristband and neck lace should have speakers so if Mom is away from base unit she could speak into wristband and be heard. Should be easy fix with today’s technology.

I purchased a MobileHelp device for my mom. For the most part service was excellent. But I was confused by all of the different buttons and unfortunately, requested a fall button that I don’t need. I did not activate it and returned it. When I called the service line to ask what address to return it to, I was told I might not get a full refund, even though it was never used or activated. I was told they acalled me but I am not aware of any calls. I hope I get a full refund. Other than that I am very happy so far.

My only disappointment in MobileHelp is that the fall detection system can not be incorporated in the outdoor mobile device, so that you are required to wear an additional pendent. Too many items to have to remember to wear, and I have dementia. I am not using the fall detection because of this.
