“Mobiles.co.uk is cheap,and cheerful. A good looking front end site with out much behind it. The prices are amazing and packages are some of the best but their customer service doesn't seem great. I phoned the after sales service before making my purchase and they were less than useful. I am not looking forward to having any problems. I believe you can complain to car phone warehouse though so will probably choose that route if necessary. I am very happy with my phone right now and the delivery was super fast.”

“The iPhone 6s I ordered was faulty. I contacted mobiles.co.uk call centre to report this. They arranged for the phone to be collected the next day. Once they recieve the phone a new replacement will be sent out. Hassle free!”

“I called them up as EE had declined my application and Mobiles.co.uk gave me an even better deal with O2 right away on the phone and never put me on hold once i got throught to them. What really annoyed me with previous networks is that they would continue to transfer me and put me on hold so many times. At the end of the phone call which was no longer than 5 minutes I had a better deal with O2 and they had accepted my application and two days later my phone arrived! Brilliant service.”
