“After looking for the best deals of phones I found that this website was the best for what I wanted as it had the best deals for the best value. Once I purchased the phone it arrived the next morning with my sim card. So far I have had no problems and everything has been perfect, would recommend to anyone looking for a new phone”

“Fast response, on time delivery, great value. Only issue is the call back service (too amend details etc) is a fee paying line that can keep you on hold for around 10 min.”

“I upgraded my phone after a phone call from you. a very pleasant young lady explained everything well. She said as it was Thursday night my new phone would arrive on Monday which it did. I am really pleased with the phone and have only one complaint , despite me explaining I could not be without a working phone and her assurances that I wouldn't be my SIM card was turned off on Friday and I had no functioning mobile phone until Monday morning when my new one arrived. I phoned EE on Saturday but they said u can not turn a SIM card back on.. My daughter is 8+ months pregnant and is due anytime , luckily she did not need me during my phone free days ..”

“ordered phones in afternoon delivered next day excellent. product arrived in good condition easy to set up with quick guide love the finger print lock quick and easy. tariff excellent shopped around beat all others by £17.50 a month even O2 who I have been with for over 10 years no loyalty program even carphone warehouse who normally look after me could not do better.”

“Cheap price Fast postage informative sales agent Only 2 snags o2 and mobile.co didn't transfer all details properly just the number and set me up on a new account I had to ring 02 and sort it Overall quite happy And box that arrived was bruised as the contents were fine not worth mooning about Thanks Harry”

“The reason why I didn't give top marks was due to my old phone being cut off before I received my new phone. But despite that, the service I received was excellent. And the phone was delivered the next day, so I was without a phone for around 12 hours. Would use this company again. Excellent value contract :)”
