“Excellent deals. Very quick and easy to order. Only downside was I paid for delivery before 10am and it didn't arrive until the following afternoon.”

“I seen the deals that mobiles.co.uk had on uswitch and they were second to none. Upon seeing the deals they had I decided to purchase the Samsung Galaxy s7 because the phone was actually free and the package was really good. After I made the transaction i seen the reviews for this company many of them were very bad some good but mostly bad. I was a little concerned at first but everything went through smoothly I was notified by emails throughout and even got a tracking number when it was with dpd. Overall my experience with mobiles.co.uk was very good. The only criticism I have of them is some parts of the website ain't to good and the email link they sent didn't work but other than that 9/10”

“The Website didn't work when trying to order online, the e-mail path wouldn't accept anything.. I then phoned up and spoke to someone and was sorted in a matter of minutes.”

“I've rated Mobiles.co.uk good (4*), on the whole they were very good, but a few areas let them down, as explained below. I was called by Mobiles.co.uk when nearing the end of my previous contract (last month). I hadn't previously shared my details with Mobiles.co.uk so they must have used their parent company's (Carphone Warehouse) details which is who I assumed had called. It wasn't until I called Carphone Warehouse later, due to not receiving any email confirmation of my upgrade, that I realised I'd been dealing with Mobiles.co.uk. The initial call went smoothly, the caller was friendly and matched the deal I had found on the Mobiles.co.uk website (bearing in mind I thought I was talking to Carphone Warehouse). The deal I got was significantly better value than anywhere else, for this element the company would get 5 stars. As I mentioned earlier I had to call back when I didn't get any confirmation of my upgrade, following the call to Carphone Warehouse they were able to use the Mobiles.co.uk system to confirm my upgrade had gone through and then sent out a confirmation email. Although I can't blame Mobiles.co.uk, the delivery was a bit of a faff (dpd). Fortunately it was scheduled to arrive on a day I was already off work. Supposedly you get a text message early morning to advise the time slot the delivery will be made, this didn't come through until 10:30. Then around an hour later, I was advised my delivery driver was delayed by 3 hours. Luckily I didn't go out, as he was actually bang on the original time.”

“Ended up with a good deal via Mobiles.co.uk , but mainly through my own research. Mobiles.co.uk + other suppliers phoned up (usually at an inconvenient time) wanting to offer their 'good deal' as my contract had come to an end, but none would put their deal down on an email so I could compare their offers when I had time to sit down and review them. Only by going through the website and looking myself did I find the 'good deal' which ends up me paying a lot less than if I had gone by the original offers from the salesmen! When the Mobiles.co.uk salesman phoned back he did go looking on their website and found the deal, which he wasn't aware of before! Moral:- do your own research beforehand and only if they can better the deal, take the salesman's offer! Mode of operation should be: 1) Salesman make initial call with suggestions based on an initial discussion, and be prepared to put their thoughts / suggestions in an email. 2) Let the customer review the deals and compare to other 'website deals' when they have time. 3) Salesman make follow-up call to discuss and advise on the deals/plans and finalise the choice and sale.”

“Easy to place order and excellent delivery arrangements. The only problem not yet resolved is that the advertised contract cost on which I decided to purchase the product is not reflected in my first bill which shows an increase of £3.50.”

“quick service anda good deal. However, my complaint is with DPD delviery. They claimed to have tried to deliver my phone at 2.30 pm but said there was no one in. Both myself and my hosuemate were in so they must have pressed the wrong doorbell or something. I had to go and pick it up from their distibution centre several miles away which was annoying.”

“Hi, I started to look for mobile contracts online and came across moneysupermarket.com. looking at various contracts I looked at Samsung s6 edge that was a refurbished unit. The price plan was cheap and purchased the mobile. The service was very good and they culminated throughout the sale until delivery. Would highly recommend Regards”

“Bought an iPhone 6s with additional reductions by using voucher code for handset , extremely happy with both the price and the fast easy service I received, this is my first time of using an online provider for my mobile but it will be the first place I look when my contract needs renewing”

“The buying and price part of the service was excellent. Delivery was made quickly and I was kept well informed. However after delivery if you have a question its very hard and expensive to get an answer! You need to improve after care or do you just not care once you have made the sale?”

“I find it really difficult finding mobiles and contracts that fit around my budget n data requirements as it's usually more of minutes but less of data. Mobiles.co.uk is a really easy site 2 use and had lots of choices and I'm very happy with mine thank you very much”

“I used mobiles.co.uk for the first time last week to order my daughter an iPhone6s 128Gb. The website was easy to use and offered my what i thought was the best contract, also significantly cheaper than any of the competition. My order was processed quickly but failed the first time ! I went back on and ordered again using a different credit card and everything went through perfectly, the phone arrived the next day......and still sits in its box waiting for her birthday. The only annoyance was the order failing first time, i have no idea why that was as my credit record is excellent. I can highly recommend this site.”
