“My first time experience. Online purchase. Very fast and reliable. My S7 ordered Sunday noon, product delivered Monday before 8am. Only draw back is sales team is off on Sunday, so can't speak to anyone.”

“I ordered my phone over the phone. Very simple, no hard sell or fuss. One disappointment is I was told phone would be delivered on Saturday but had to wait till Monday. Lesson is don't order on a Friday!. Still, no harm done.”

“I was kept up to date with delivery and phone arrived on time as promised. My only criticism would be that the phone packaging was not bubble wrapped, just bagged, not even labelled 'fragile'. So the phone box was quite dented on the corners, although no damage sustained to the phone itself.”

“Online order was easy enough. Delivery was super-quick. Phone and SIMcard all fine. Didn't know the website, but noticed it's part of Currys and Dixons, so wasn't concerned about reputation.”

“Overall the service was very good and I was able to track my phone using a variety of different methods. Not entirely happy with DPD generally as their warehouses tend to be miles apart and would rather it was delivered by Royal Mail perhaps in case I am out. I would add a 5th star if you changed from DPD to someone else. However I got my phone, it works just as I expected it should, so all worked out in the end!”

“Seamless through ordering, confirmation and receipt of new phone - all in a couple of days...but then have had an issue setting up email (EE shop had never seen anything like it before, and EE's main tech team couldn't help either. Been pushed on to Apple to sort, but think I'm being pratted about...meanwhile I have no email.”

“Couldn't found any better deal than Mobiles.co.uk on comparison site U-switch. I would like to recommend my friends too. Although my previous network tried to convince me that later Mobiles.co.uk will charge extra then their offered deal but I didn't believe it and trusted Mobiles. Let se so far so good”
