“Generally very good although would like to be able to search by tariff as I'm not so bothered about the phone itself, just want a good deal on minutes, texts and data. Also when you find what you think you might want with a particular provider, clicking on link seems to then bring up deals with other providers and the deal you thought you were getting doesn't always seem to exist with the provider you wanted. Perhaps I didn't search correctly or clicked on the wrong thing but website could maybe be clearer/more user friendly in this respect. And why could I get a better deal with a new contract rather than an upgrade? Would be nice if loyalty to a provider was rewarded with at least as good a deal for upgrades as for new customers. Very satisfied with service, delivery (excellent delivery service) and the deal I finally settled on though. Will come back when I need a new phone in the future.”

“Brilliant deal for Samsung S6 Edge that I could not find cheaper elsewhere. There was a problem their end initially with my order which caused a bit of worry for me but this concern proved to be brief and was put right quite quickly and efficiently by the company who called me back to put it right. Very quick delivery and so far so good.”

“The guy I spoke to on the phone was brilliant helped me with finding the right phone and network really professional and friendly. Unfortunately the sim on the new phone is not working so have had to get back intouch it took 25min to get to speak to someone who was friendly and helpful but basically I have to go to a shop to sort it out so prob going to be 3 days without a phone ! Feel a bit annoyed about the whole thing.”

“Received phone the following day very prompt. Contract was for 13.99 but ee text to say 17:49 got quite confusing but all is as supposed to be I will get credited month two for the difference which I didnt know. Overall a great deal and pleased.”

“Definitely the best value for money on the market but could be delivered better. I couldn't have it delivered to my place of work, they don't deliver at week ends and the nearest depo is 1hr away so had to be delivered to a car phone warehouse which is still 20min away and had to rearrange commitments to get there in opening times - should just use tracker royal mail.”

“My experience was good as customer service was helpful to resolve the issue i had. But rated good due to the poor service from EE. It is not mobiles.co.uk issue but i bought a product through you, it is equally important that you provide a service from a company who too respects customers and value them, EE is not a company who does any of this, might be advertising they are but check their reviews, no one wants to try their service,my self nor my family will in our whole life will ever think of even considering any products from EE. I will be making a formal complaint to Ombudsman against EE, as they should not be allowed to cause distress to any customers.”

“Would have been rated very good but for initially failing the Internal Security Check. All because I had previously returned a phone to Carphonewarehouse (who I understand own Mobiles.co.uk) within the 14 day period. I had to go to my local carphonewarehouse with proof of id and even then it was only overturned for 24 hours. This was a stressful and upsetting. Anyway at the end of the day I did get my new Iphone 6s so all ended well.”
