“I HAVE BOUGHT 3 PHONES FROM MOBILES CO.UK RECENTLY. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY QUICK. TRUE TO THEIR WORD, THE PHONES WERE DELIVERED BY DPD WITHIN THE TIMESCALE I WAS GIVEN. I BOUGHT 2 SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 AND A iPHONE 6, THE S6 FOR MYSELF AND THE OTHER TWO FOR MY CHILDREN. THEY ARE VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. MUCH CHEAPER CONTRACT THAN I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IN THE HIGH STREET. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, AND SO FAR HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. MY CHILDREN ARE ALSO VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PHONES. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MOBILES.CO.UK TO ANYONE. THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE 5 STARS, IS DUE TO THE PHONE CALL TO THEM. WAITING TIME IS NOT LONG, BUT THEY IS A 13 PENCE CHARGE PER MINUTE. IF THEY DROP THEIR CHARGE LOWER MAYBE 5 PENCE A MINUTE, I AM SURE THEIR BUSINESS WILL INCREASE,”

“It was simple. Order online. Wait on the same day for credit check. Receive a confirmation email on the same day and recieve the phone on the next day. Spot on mobiles.co.uk. Why only 4 star? Packaging wasn't sealed. But they do say that on mobiles website some packages are quality checked. Phone is brand new. Great phone z5 compact. Slight over heating issues but manageable. Can play action games. Camera is awesome and 4K video is amazing. Recommend sandisk pro extreme 128gb micro sd for 4K or sandisk 200gb micro sd ultra. YES 200gb. Hahaha.”

“fast delivery: great deal on an EE phone package, much better than directly with mobile companies. My wife also bought a refurbished iPhone 6 from mobiles.co.uk which was perfect (apart from no headphones). There is a slight perceived risk however, because I was told once I had put the sim in the phone, I had legally accepted the contract and couldn't send the phone back (even within 14 days) unless there was a fault with the phone.”

“Nice customer service with utmost recent updates. Things were clearly mentioned and explained well by customer service people. Overall i had an awesome experience. I would recommend mobiles.co.uk to my friends and collegues as well. Mails and calls were perfect and time to time updation has been made inorder to track the order and other things.”

“Having spent ages and ages looking for the best deal available Mobiles.co.uk (carphone warehouse apparently) was the best for us on an EE account with an IPhone 6S. very quick and easy and retained my number, sting in the tail was a 1.5% increase in direct debit 2 days after taking out the contract !!! They must have known and I am very disappointed I was not told. There should be a law that prevents this happening in the first place and all increases should be advertised at least 28 days before implementation and NEVER backdated.”

“Would have given very good but mobile was delivered to the wrong address and to make it worse got email and text saying it was delivered to my neighbour but it was not even on my street. Apart from that everything else was good just good luck in it get delivered by a driver how can read.”

“Excellent price for iPhone 6s and contract cost, very speedy delivery for free. The only negative was that I had to return the phone as it wasn't made clear during the sale prices that I wouldn't be able to port my number from ee to ee.”
