“The site is friendly and easy to use, but finding the correct deal and phone combination can sometimes be frustrating. The search/filter function does not seem to display the correct results, and the results are often incomplete. The speed of the service however is excellent; I had my phone in less than 48hours of ordering.”

“Thought the website was excellent, quick and easy to find the phone, network and contract I wanted, and the price was better than any other website I looked at. Confirmation of my order was slow and I was left waiting until the end of the day, after ordering early morning, to find out if I would receive phone next day as originally expected. Delivery was the next day. My wife did not hear DPD delivery call even though she was in at the time, not sure how but they reported no answer at property and that they left a card, but no card was left. They did have correct house as they gave photo evidence of the property. I chose to collect from depot as a result and drove 30 miles as I was afraid redelivery would again fail. In all I am happy with mobiles.co.uk and would recommend them to a friend.”

“Good service however the delivery of the goods was poor! I informed the sales asisstant that I would only be available to take delivery of the items before 1pm on the date delivery was due or any day thereafter that week. I then receive an email saying delivery will be 1pm to 2pm and that someone is required to sign for the goods. I don't think it unreasonable that delivery could have been made any morning that week?? Other than that the service was good!”

“Although the website offers very competitive prices it is difficult to review different phones and to switch back from phone to phone... also I found the special offers unclear and applying the codes to the deal was not easy. However, delivery was quick - very quick and communication confirmation also very efficient”

“Looking at their deals it originally seemed too good to be true but the deal was fine and I am more than happy with my order. The process of gettig the phone I wanted was simple and easy to use. The only criticism I have is that you're required to log in with your order number and a link that's sent to your email everytime rather than a standard login after sign up. I thought this was cumbersome and unnecessary after you already create a login.”

“The process was easy, simple and quick. My handset was delivered next day despite not being ordered until 7pm. I initially had a problem ordering - the deal I wanted was not available for some reason from EE, so I was called and offered an alternative at a similar (albeit slightly higher) price. Bit frustrating but I understand that from a website like this they have a limited number of deals available. In the end I went for something completely different - I have a very good value deal that I am very happy with, prompt delivery and a knowledgable and non-pushy customer service agent on the phone. No problems with handset and deal. I'm only taking a star off for the non-avaialbility of the first deal but everything else was seamless.”
