“I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus on contract for my girlfriend for when she flys too America next Wednesday. I paid for next day delivery and true to word it came first thing in the morning. Upon putting the SIM card in we found out that they sent the wrong phone , I ring up this morning to speak to a Lovley girl called Amy who has sorted my issue out within 5 minuets ....and my phone is now back on its way to be exchanged! Apart from the rocky start with the wrong phone ...I would totally recommend mobiles,.co.uk Thanks again guys”

“Easy to deal with and hassle free. The staff in the help centre were very helpful and wait was minimal when ringing the help centre. Phone arrived promptly via DPD who gave an hour time slot- so i didn't have to wait all day. Was a pleasure doing business and will use Mobiles.co.uk again”

“Sorting out the mobile on line was fine with no problems and a good price. The only down side the phone was delivered to the wrong street and put a card in the wrong house was 37 but not 37 Kingsway so would worry about how good your delivery service is if they cant get the right road.”

Although I am in my 70s I have used computers for years, however going online to get an understanding of how to set up and learn the basics of the iPhone is a bit of a bind. I am sure there are more and more elderly people buying iPhones, and like me would welcome a more detailed start up guide.”
