“Good service, support structure and security of account, recommend id for new mobile buyers, only downside on my part is they're not teamed up with boku game currency providers, think that is something both providers should work on together so we can "pay for it" via boku.”

“The website was clear and offered real bargains - I opted for an iphone6 to replace a well used iphone4. The ordering process was straightforward. Mobiles.co asked me to 'phone because a problem with my previous address - this was dealt with efficiently by Ben and Simon, although the 13p per minute call was a bit expensive, especially when on hold. The 'phone came promptly the next day - it is a refurb, but seems new in every sense. The box was bashed, but the contents unharmed. All in all I am very pleased with the deal and the service! Thanks Mobiles. co.”

“Super speedy!! Ordered Sunday afternoon - collected Monday night - but missed using the referral programme scheme from my daughter, and Customer Service was not able to fix this - even though I emailed immediately after completing the order, hence not 5 stars”

“The website was easy to negotiate and the order was quickly processed. I was informed when my new phone would arrive and it was punctually delivered. The packaging was great and I was pleased with the phone. The only thing is that the SIM card provided was not validated and I had to wait for a new one from Vodafone to get fully set up”

“In terms of finding a suitable contract and ordering the phone it was very easy and worked seamlessly. The handset arrived the next day as promised with a nice advisory text. My only feedback would be that after that you are left to your own devices. I wanted to port over my existing number and struggled a bit. An after sales helpline would be useful.”
