“Ordered iPhone 6S phone on Monday 21st December, had e-mail confirmation of order, notification of dispatch before Christmas and another e-mail and text to tell me DPD would be delivering the parcel on Tuesday 22nd, the next day. Fantastic service I thought. The issue was when delivered I received two phones. When I phoned customer services to explain the situation I was jokingly asked If i would like to keep the two phones. I then arranged for one of the phones to be returned and customer support made the arrangements with DPD to collect the phone on 24th December. After waiting in all day for the delivery van, when it failed to arrive I phoned customer support who helpfully contacted DPD to find out what the problem was. DPD said that they had called but no one was in, or that they couldn't find the house. A new collection was arranged for 29th and this was completed on time. My only grievance is that the direct debit for the two phones had been set up and the upfront costs for the two phones had been taken from my credit card. I am still awaiting the refund and correction to the direct debit instruction and understand that it will take a few days to be completed. I was very impressed with the service and communication and understand that computer systems can go wrong but I still have this thought that the sales team were trying to get there sales numbers up for the Christmas season. If you can sort out these sort of niggle problems then I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends for your prices, speed of delivery and excellent communication.”

“The lady that contacted me to let me know that I was due an upgrade and would I be interested. After listening to what was on offer I agreed to the upgrade and the lady was very polite. I received my phone the next day like she told me and yeah I am very happy with it I'm still working my way around it and setting it to how I want it to be. Thank you.”

“Good service overall from customer services to placing, dispatch and delivery of product. However the downside is that to contact the company you have to use a premium rate service and the time taken from initial contact with an automated service to taking to a person can be at least 10 minutes, so be aware of the call charges!!!!!”

“I similarly to most people read over the reviews before ordering my phone and was hesitant to say the least. Within the first few hours of placing my order I was bombarded with emails and texts informing me that in order to process my order I must provide some information as there was an issue with my order. I called up (as requested) and was asked to resubmit my bank details (which initially raised alarm bells) and was told this was because my card had been declined the on the first attempt ( an attempt to credit 1p I may also add!!) . This was sorted out by a member of customer services and was told that everything had now been sorted and should be recieving my new phone the following day as initially planned. The following day I received my new phone. Despite the initial complications I am very happy with my new contract phone and my price plan which beats my previous and numerous other price plans on the market!”

“Ordered an iphone 6s in the evening & got it delivered the next day. The only problem i had (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) was with the courier as i instructed to leave with neighbour when i ordered as i was going to be out. But this instruction was ignored and it was taken back to the couriers depot. So when i got home i had to trek to the depot to collect it.”

“Very good price for product bought, was unable to checkout online and had to use a mobile, resulting in me missing a key step and having pay to ship the phone to the real desired address. Probably my own fault but it was a small annoyance. Great other than that!”

“Excellent price and easy to purchase good quality phones. Couldn't believe my luck such good offers. Delivery service good, liked they told you where your items were and pretty much spot on with time. Only gripe packaging could have been better as iPhone box had a few knocks. “Excellent value for money, phone arrived with no issues and my contract with O2 was configured automatically. I did, however, specify a delivery date for a week in advance but received next working day instead. This didn't cause any issues but since the phone's a Christmas gift, ideally we wanted the contract to start as late as possible so we weren't paying for wasted usage. Otherwise, no issues! Would definitely recommend.”

“I couldn't able to complete the order online because it only has 2 fields to enter the past 3 yrs addresses. I moved a lot and I have 3 addresses in last 3 yrs. So need to call support team to complete the order. I received the phone on next day. Over all happy with mobiles.co.uk and would recommend”
