“I was happy with the service till I saw £75.01 was taken from my bank and not the £75 I thought I had paid. 1p from extra customer soon mounts up!”

“This site offered me the best site at the time of purchasing my phone. It was easy to navigate and I provided a good speedy service with my device being delivered in under 12 hours. along with this on the website after purchase you could see the details about the device allowing me to set up insurance for when my device was delivered. My only problem was I got a contract with O2 and mobiles.co.uk set up a myO2 account for me but didn't give me a password meaning I had to contact the O2 live chat.”

“inital query on a vodafone contract - Customer Svcs cntact wasnt very proactive in advising why the contract was refused & not THAT helpful, however when orderinga second phone on O2, order went straight through, phone arrived 28 hours later - very clean & cut - would use Mobiles.co.uk again.”

“Sadly I paid £6.50 to get my order delivered on the morning of the 4th of January and when DPD contacted me with delivery information it turned out that the order was due for delivery on the 5th and not in the morning as I paid for.”

“I have bought two phones so far. They are competitively priced and customer service are helpful and pick up the phone quickly. We had a minor issue with one phone over the line being set up. It got sorted without too much drama. I went into the EE shop after I bought from here and the salesman started going on about it being better with them....he went very quiet when I pointed out the deal I got with mobiles.co.uk was almost £20 pm better than they could do!”

“Overall I found the customer service very helpful when signing up for a new contract with mobiles.co.uk. My questions were answered well and efficiently. And value for money was excellent for my contract. I only wish they didn't charge 13p a minute to call and I had to hold for some time to get through to someone. Thanks”
