“Really quick delivery of phone. Helpful staff in sorting things out. My only gripe is I had a new faulty phone on the first day of delivery. The agent sorted a replacement. The only problem I have is I had to send back the faulty phone and wait for a replacement this being over a weekend meant being without a phone for nearly a week. Why on earth they could not send the replacement and return the faulty phone with the same driver is beyond me.”

“I received my new phone only to find that it came in a jiffy bag and not a box, also the phone charger is missing so unless I receive a phone charger then I will be returning the phone and will not bother to deal with this company again. I can not fins a phone number to contact the company on so will have to write as there does niot appear to be an e-mail address.”

“Good deal however I was asked if i wanted to upgrade from EE. I said yes and provided the phone number BUT I was given a new number and still connected to EE on my old phone. OK so perhaps I should have realised that I needed to contact Orange myself but surely you could have been more explicit?”

“Very easy to order phone and shop. I was delighted to get my phone within 24hrs. My phone and profile were hard to set up when received. It took several days to get it sorted as the website was down for a while. When I called though staff were helpful”

“All in all very happy with my new iPhone 6s. Extremely competitive prices and speedy delivery. Initial trouble as mobile cannot be sent to a different address to the one your card is registered at, and a phone call to establish this cost me £10 in phone calls. However once resolved and changing my delivery address the rest of the process was very easy! And the contract is so much cheaper, I'm glad I spent £10 in phone calls instead of buying a more expensive phone elsewhere.”
