“Ordered the phone on 8/12 - delivered 9/12. Condition of the phone looks good. Had to register for iD account - the site not working properly. Called 7777 and was told there was a problem with the site. However, arranged to port my old number on the phone and it was sorted. Number was ported on 11/12. Still haven't been able to register on site. Having difficulty transferring my phone contacts from the old Android to the iphone, but I beleive everyone has this problem. Intending to call upon Carphone warehouse tomorrow, and hope they will be able to sort this out for me. Overall, I'm happy with the service I have recd. so far. 8 out of 10. Have already recommended to other members of the family Yashvin”

“Easy to use. Prompt delivery. Cheapest tariff I could find plus it had a comparatively very generous data allowance. Would definitely use again. However my O2 contract is still not set up...hence only 4 stars.”

“Quick online booking and good customer service when needed. Courier though failed to deliver on specified date after I'd stayed in all day. Item needed to be returned to Mobiles for 'scanning'. No Comms on day from Courier was very annoying.”

“Great experience, haven't bought a phone online before so was unsure beforehand. In reality it was payed and delivered quicker than if I'd walked into a high street store, ordered at 6pm and was in my hands by 3pm the next day! My only quarrel is the lack of information on the contract provided with the phone which I have since found from my provider (EE). An excellent choice if you can get your head around the details.”

“First order failed the internal credit check. I assume it's because the delivery address was different from the card holders address. This wasn't made clear at point of ordering. Re ordered using same address as card holder and went through ok. Overall I would use the company again as order arrived promptly. I could even stalk the delivery driver and track my parcel ;)”
