“Although the phone I bought is a gift so functionality not tested, the efficiency of service between order and delivery is very good. The only unfortunate aspect is the absence of suitable packaging, this meant my box was squashed on one corner.”

“service was good but site didn't work on the Internet explorer version I had . I had to install chrome to make it work. other than that it was quick and efficiant. I do have some questions that I emailed but haven't revived a response too though which let you down a bit”

“tHE BUYING PROCESS WAS QUICK AND WITH A REASONABLE PRICE, BUT I HAVE TO SEND BACK THE PHONE BECAUSE I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THE MODEL THAT I WANT WAS THE IPHONE 6S INSTEAD OF THE IPHONE 6. NOW I'M WAITING FOR THE IPHONE 6 BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY ON STOCK AT THE MOMENT.”

“The website was good, easy to navigate and provided enough information to guide me to the phone I wanted. However it appeared the phone I wanted was out of stock so I ceased my purchase. I called the number provided, and initially gave up as it informed me that I would wait 10 minutes and as there is a charge to call, I hung up. I tried first thing the next day, an excellent young lady answered straight away, no wait. She found there was a phone in stock, read all the legal stuff and I placed my order. All very simple and would use them again. Got an email to tell me when it would arrive, and it did.... excellent.... service really spot on....”

“I ordered a phone for my husband initially but had problems as he does not have a credit card in his name. Cancelled the order, the process was awful and trying to deal with the lady on the phone was not easy. Decided I liked the offer but put it in my name and the process was good. Phone arrived very next day so all in all it worked out.”

“best deal around and very quick turn around from ordering the phone to delivery. only issue I had was they requested further information about my address, asked me to call which cost a fortune and then the line went dead. so I then had to go through the whole process again over the phone. slightly annoying but I think it was Hannah who sorted it all for me. other than that, really happy with the service.”

“Needed to upgrade my handset, found a great deal on mobiles.co.uk, easy to place and was delivered and in my hand next day, tried to get my network (O2) to match the deal but they couldn't get close, porting my old number took a few hours, literally whole task complete within 24hrs of placing my order. Very pleased and would recommend.”

“Mobiles.co.uk is very slick and efficient in terms of sales and delivery. The sales process was very streamlined, my purchase arrived exactly as detailed, including regular and accurate communication during the delivery process. Very impressed. I had cause to contact customer support to try to resolve a very specific issue I had, nothing to do with the phone itself, a query about the contract. I feel the online support service needs serious attention, there is a lot of inconsistency and inconvenience in operating their online helpdesk service. However, when I phone and got through to a customer support representative, the service was nothing short of outstanding, quick, considerate and helpful. Summary, online helpdesk needs work, everything else excellent, would definitely use them again.”
