“Although I have had a bad experience with my last phone and not receiving my cashback I have found no better deal anywhere than my galaxy note 4. Without cashback and nothing to pay up front I only pay 23.50 a month everywhere else was at least 10.00 more.”

“I like the size of the phone, one of the main reasons I chose it. Size matters! It's predictive text is annoying and it doesn't seem to 'learn' as quickly as my old Samsung Galaxy 4 did. But I think I need to check all the settings for that. Generally, it's fine. I'm pleased I've bought it.”

“The mobiles.co.uk part of the process was great - easy to order, fast delivery, good prices. However, O2 spoiled the experience by taking 5 days to port my number, despite one of their customer service people promising it would happen the day after I asked.”

“Most competitive price I could find anywhere for the new Z5. Simple sign up, friendly staff, phone arriveded less than 24hrs. Delivery was even in a 1 hour window and easy to change if not convenient directly with the drive. All in all the best experience I've had so far in arranging a new mobile phone. Would definitely recommend.”

“Having read some appalling reviews of this site, I was a little nervous. However, the deal was great so I went ahead, as I knew there would be a 14 day cooling off period as part of the distance selling regulations if all else failed. My contract was approved no problem and the phone arrived next day, in a 1 hour slot as promised by DPS. I was very happy, but I did do some research beforehand to make sure I was OK to switch handsets (I was well out of my contract period) and what to do to retain my number. I wouldn't recommend if you're not sure what you're doing, but if you're reasonably confident with understanding mobiles and your contract and want to save some money then I'd certainly go for it.”

“Overall a good service - easy to navigate the website, good customer service when I called them to discuss the problem with the delivery address and not being able to log into my account, very fast delivery with updates for time of delivery. Two problems - 1. Trying to log into 'My Account' on the website did not work 2. Voucher codes would not register at the checkout stage - 3 different valid codes were tried, I contacted Mobiles.co.uk on Facebook to which they replied but it was too late and I had already bought my handset, this was a little frustrating. If it had not been for these problems, I wouldn't have hesitated giving 5 stars.”

“I have been kept updated throughout the ordering/delivery process and my product is going to be delivered to me today. Once I receive my product I have had an email trail of how to set up my mobile phone (I have bought this as a Christmas present for my Mum so I want to get everything set up properly soon as I receive it) so I will be following those instructions once I receive my product. Fingers crossed for the IPAD AIR :) Thank you for your great customer service up to this point. Thank you Jade.”

“Got an iPhone 6 refurb, looks brand new. Saved me £5 a month off my monthly bill getting a refurb. The only downside was when I had to phone up I was on hold for 10 mins which cost me a fair bit”

“It was a good service overall but there was a huge clumsy mistake in the beginning of the phone call. Instead of asking me which phone/contract I would like to upgrade to first, they tried to sign me up to an entirely new contract. A new contract which would cost me significantly more than upgrade. After I corrected them however it was all positives from there and onwards”

“Apart from a tiny issue at the checkout stage (the website didn't seem to like one of my debit cards!) the whole process of buying a phone from mobiles.co.uk was excellent. Great packages at very good prices, and the phone was delivered within two working days.”
