“The girl is spoke to was very nice and helpful. Would be ideal to not have to pay 13p/minute and then be on hold for at least 5 though. Phone came next day and sales were able to accommodate special requests well. Would recommend.”

“Really impressed with the service. Cheapest contract I could find for the iPhone 6s and still on the network I wanted. Ordered Monday afternoon and received the phone Tuesday morning. Only bad thing is the phone bill you receive within the first day of turning your phone on...you pay a month in advance rather than the end of the month...I don't think this is explained online. Otherwise a good service”

“I use mobiles.co.uk for their prices. Typically they are cheaper than upgrading via O2 (who are my service provider). It's a bit of a small pain to have to deal via website rather than by phoning up a person, but they deliver promptly and save me money, so it's worthwhile. This time I accidently bought a new contract rather than ordering an "upgrade" but O2 sorted me out by porting my old number on to the new phone - easy and quick - just phone O2 and request the action.”

“Got a great deal on the the contract I wanted with O2 but my number was not ported across as requested and it involved me having to contact O2 twice to get this resolved. Otherwise happy with the service from Mobiles.co.uk.”

“No hard sell on the phone - I upgraded from an S3 to and S4 even though the S3 was still working fine it had gone a bit slow. (I blame Google Music app as that was always open when the phone played up) The new phone arrived next day as promised. Only issue was I had to call to get the new SIM in the new phone to start working. Easy enough, but I had told this would happen automatically after 24 hours. As Len Goodman would say "SEVEN!"”

“I was very impressed with how quickly everything went through & I had my new phone in a couple of days. However there was a bit of confusion with where it was being delivered to. They said to me one car phone wearhouse when in fact it was at a Samsung store down the road (even though it was an iphone). But it was only a 5 min walk. So no big issue”

“Managed to get a great upgrade deal from mobiles.co.uk staff were extremely helpful even when my phone got sent to the wrong depot they called the couriers found out what was happening and kept me updated.”

“To start a new contract was easy and straightforward, however after sales service I feel is poor. I phoned three times waited at least 9 mins and gave up as 13pence a min. I tried email service which was better although had to wait until the next day for a reply.”

“Good value in terms of contract. First class quick delivery. Thank you. My only slight reservation and probably my issue rather than yours was I could not find the phone number allocated to vodaphone simcard. It was in the welcome pack online but took me time to locate it. Went to vodaphone shop in the end. I know very stupid! Maybe put it in welcome letter with imei no or just a hint!! Thank you”

“The price was the best around so I can't argue with that and the delivery was fast but the returns policy is a let down. You can't return something once you've opened it if you change your mind within the 14 days so unless you're 100% certain DON'T OPEN THE BOX!!! Doesn't give you the choice unlike other retailers.”
