“I felt that I got a good deal on my new iPhone 5s but there is a really annoying problem. Very often, without ringing at all, it goes straight to voicemail. I'm trying to find out via EE why that keeps on happening.”

“Very pleased with the service from mobiles.co.uk. The phone - an i phone 6 plus refurbished - is excellent in every way. The only problems I had were that the account number had not been included in the paperwork, so I had to get that from Vodafone. And then they messed up transferring my number so it took 72 hours instead of 24. But happy now!”

“Mobiles.co.uk were offering by far the most competitive deals on an iPhone 5S that I was looking to purchase. Customer services were helpful when I spoke to them for advice. I requested a delivery on a Friday, but the item was sent for delivery on the Monday prior to this which I had to amend which is the only downside I've experienced.”

“I ordered the wrong device on a Saturday night and wanted to change it on the Sunday morning. I was dissapointed that there was no weekend service i could call up to sort the issue out. HOWEVER, i decided to order a second phone and send the first one back. This started off with me sending an email telling mobiles that i wanted to cancel the first one and instead got the new one by the e-mail system and this told me that i would need to wait 2 days for a response. However, Monday morning i received my items which surprised me as i expected them on Tuesday and i then got an e-mail telling me that it is no problem, it has all been processed. I would just need to send the phone i no longer wanted back to them for them to cancel it. The postage was paid by them and included in the package. It was such a simple smooth experience with no hassle. 4/5 stars and i would highly recommend for the amazing support staff. 5 stars if there was also weekend support!”

“Gives good service but problem with £2-50 in acount I had £1-80 and couldn't complete the order this was due to money not bean payed into. My account so could have taken £1-00 or £1-50 and then order could be completed as .ay need phone to get online banking so that's the only problem with the service as far as I can see and would have rated great so sorry”
