“I bought a refurbished iPhone 6 plus for my wife, the ordering and delivery process was great, the phone arrived and was as described. The description of the phone did say that not all components would be included so I wasn't expecting earphones etc, but there was no sim removal tool so future buyers should take note and have a paperclip handy!”

“Overall very pleased. But I wished they upgraded the option to add more adresses (currently just two available) for the credit informatoion. I had to call directly as i lived in three different adresses in past three years, while it could haved been done far easier via internet if such option was available. However, customer service i phoned up was very profesional and got the job done very timely. Thank you u:switch for providing the best deal for my money.”

“Ordering online was very quick and easy. All phone features and allowances easy to understand. I ordered two phones on the same day (one for each of my children). Both phones are with 02. One phone was credit checked and delivered as requested but I had to ring to chase up the other. It was delivered a day later. Not sure why the delay but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.”

“Getting hold of mobiles.co.uk on the phone is nigh on impossible but they are helpful when you do manage it. They are quick enough to call if there is a problem with the money side of things. Generally though, if you dont need to contact them the service is quick and they are helpful. I wish they would revert to enabling cashback claim by email.”

“Much better deals than from network providers. Very quick free delivery. Only slight negative is that my cashback did not track through Quidco. Other than that, top service!”

“The phone was delivered in a perfect condition. The delivery date I picked when purchasing the phone was not taken into consideration though, and I had to rearrange it with the delivery company, which was fairly easy.”
