“As an "older" user, can I suggest that there might be some more instruction on simple things like how to put SIM card in! Easy when you are young and used to changing phones regularly, but not so simple if you are not.”

“I was very happy with your service and the prompt delivery, my daughter will be over the moon as it is a birthday gift. The phone is great if I had one critism it would be that I did find your website misleading and not very clear on the cash back offer and now having to remember to send off certain bills at certain times. But overall I would recommend your website and the quick turn around. Thanks again.”

“Great service, fast delivery and the all important recommendation from uswitch. Only fault I can point out is the fact that there are no upgrade options, only new contract deals. Of course you can get a new contract and then merge accounts and numbers as I did, but that's less straight forward than having an upgrade option. Nonetheless, better service and deals than the high street cousin carphone (same group). Keep it up!”

“Now on my second contract through mobiles.co. uk after spending 2 years with them so far. Easy to deal with telephone staff, prompt next day delivery of phone and as long as you send the required monthly bills a cash back cheques arrives in post within a matter of weeks. Here's to another 2 years with them. MY Samsung S5 on first use seems top draw. Nice 1 Mobiles.co. uk :)”
