“I was a bit disappointed that I place my order online on Sunday and then I telephoned on Tuesday lunchtime to ask if my order would still ship and I was told the account number and sort code was not valid. Then Harvey did sorts it out but it was meant to ship to another address but was shipped to my home address. I was disappointed tht no one had sent a me a email to say there was a problem with my account details and if I hadn't chase the order I don't know how long it would have taken before I recieved my order.”

“I have been happy with the way Mobiles.co.uk services their customers, on the day of my contract expiring, I was called by Richard who briefly explained that I was due an upgrade and offered me a good deal. I was slightly disappointed that I did not qualify for the cash back on my last contract as I did not maintain the claims on the months that I was supposed to due to me being abroad for work a lot. I would generally recommend their services and will use them in the future.”

“New phone arrived the day after the order was placed and in very good time. A little more info could have been sent with the phone ie how to start porting the old number over etc, but managed to find this all on the mobiles.co.uk website eventually anyway.”

“Although they didn't process the order the day I made it, it was processed the next day. The phone was in mint condition. I did an upgrade and they activated the new SIM before I'd even received so my current SIM was deactivated and that left me with no service for a day and a half! Would use mobiles.co.UK again because of the price.”
