“The purchase was great but when my new iphone6 arrived I spent hours trying to set it up and it wouldn't work. I ended up going into the Vodafone shop and found out the phone was locked to the wrong supplier (not Vodafone) so I had to send it back. The courier picked it up, then delivered another a new one a few days later. I got the phone set up easily, my number was ported across from 02 in three days and then my phone was really to use, a month after I originally ordered it. Vodafone didn't charge me for the first month's usage as my original phone wasn't actually working then which was good. So, mobiles.co.uk is great value, when everything goes to plan it is definitely worth doing, but I had problems with my original phone as it was locked to the wrong carrier.”

“Good communication and speedy efficient delivery of phone. My only niggle is that the mobile company I signed up with initiated the contract immediately I clicked 'buy', and I had my first monthly bill before the phone and SIM were even delivered! That's the sort of speedy service noone wants.”

“I chose to upgrade my contract through this site, mainly because the contracts were cheaper than going through my network, when my phone arrived I called my network to confirm my contract had been upgraded, it hadn't, I had 2 contracts! I had to cancel my old contract myself. I would advise anyone to thoroughly check before using a comparison site. The phone I bought is great and the free gift arrived promptly.”

“Delivery time was very good, and I received what I orderer. However, I didn't get to choose my mobile nunber and could only access it by calling another phone from it as it wasn't written on the sim card holder or package. Overall 8/10!”

“All was very good but your website let you down when trying to buy online it would only let you so far then it would not load other pages, so I had to resort to using the phone which is very expensive .”

“I was sent two faulty refurbished phones which was a little frustrating but mobiles were incredibly helpful and immediately offered me a brand new handset as compensation for the trouble after the second one. I have only ever had a great experience with mobiles and will come back. Even though my recent transaction was a little bit of a faff, they were preofessional and helpful in rectifying the situation.”

“Very good, easy to use service, very cheap contract deals with well established companies. However they delivered my phone to my neighbour which I didn't ask them to do and then my neighbour went on holiday so I had to wait a week until I received my phone. But overall good service.”

“I have had five phones from Mobiles.co.uk and have been happy with my purcheses until now. Mobiles.co.uk have taken an extra £100 out of my account and after trying to recover the amount I have still not heard from them. i am very dissapointed but will still use the site when this matter has been rectefied.”

“Purchase was hassle free but delivery was missed as the delivery driver came and went in about 5 seconds flat, despite there being 3 people in the house, had to drive 40 mile round trip to pick it up from their depot. I still haven't had chance to test all the amazing features of the Galaxy S6. It seems to be a very fast phone, fingerprint ID feature can be a bit slow at times and takes some getting used to. Wireless charging works great. Fantastic camera and very quick to access with 2 clicks on the home button.”
