“phone arrived on time and start up was fairley simple only trouble had was when number transferd to phone messages from diffrent people cam as either a text message or an imessage wich was resolved by resetting phone”

“Ordered an Xperia Z3 Compact to replace an Xperia SP. Very happy with the phone, does everything I need and more (although sad to see the illumination bar is a thing of the past). Mobiles.co.uk despite being affiliated with Carphone Warehouse (grrrr!) sent out the phone on time, used a trackable delivery service and provided good value. Just waiting to see if Quidco cashback is paid, will then be very happy.”

“All great other than the fact they told me phone was out of stock, yet it arrived day after (not something to complain about though). Although the customer service requires expensive calls, they were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.”

“I have now been using the Nokia 930 for about 5 weeks now and find it very versatile for browsing , watching videos even playing the odd game. You can pair the phone with any other windows computer that you may have which is a nice touch. Cortana comes in handy when you want to find out something, although you have to speak clearly. The Camera is excellent being able to take shots in various lighting situations. Although the still pictures are good the video can have a bit of picture noise in various lighting conditions. The only problem I find with this phone is the battery drains very quickly . Having purchased a portable battery charger I have found that the phone keep telling me this it is charging to slow and to use the original cable that comes with the phone(which I am using plugged into the charger) This is as I have found out is a problem with the phone its self, Besides the battery not being powerful enough I can still recommend this phone.”

“I thought that the price of the product I purchased was outstanding and so was the speed of its delivery. However, my confirmation email stated that I would receive an email the next day to tell me if my order was successful this email however came 5 days after the initial one. I would recommend that the initial mail say that you would get back in a few working days rather than the next day as I found that to be the only frustrating part of your service. Overall I thought the service was brilliant and I will use it again.”

“It was very easy to order the mobile on the phone and on the internet (did it twice). Have to say the first time the man gave me wrong information. I am very happy with mobiles.co.uk on the whole and have used them three or four times now for new phones over the years.”

“Easy sign up and registration process. Very quick and secure delivery. Phone arrived bang on time and in excellent as new condition, it was a "Refurbished" item but you'd never know it had been out of it's box. Very pleased with phone and network, couldn't ask for more.”
