“In general I found mobiles.co.uk OK. The first time I called I was waiting a while to be answered. However, my query was answered. The staff are polite and one thing I will say it the deal I got was very competitive indeed. I could find a better deal, even from my own network provider. In fact, I have 2 lines one with O2 and they couldn't match the deal I got from mobilephones.co.uk .......................................... excellent deal for an iPhone6 with unlimited calls and text and 1gb of data for £32.50. Lets see how it goes.”

“Was slightly disappointed to start with. Put order through on Saturday tea time and heard back from the phone company the following day to confirm my contract before i had even received acceptance. have boughta few phones from mobiles.co.uk and always find them the cheapesy. Still have one with cashback which I have not had any problems with . Quick delivery of phone received Monday.”

“The website is user friendly, and good at comparing deals between carriers. Very simple buying phone, but wish insurance could be a bit more affordable. Cash back by redemption wasn't explained during the billing process, the information icon next to it wouldn't load after multiple refreshes. Also for my purchase it didn't explain when I would need to send my bills, I was under the impression I would get money back every month, not every 6 months. Delivery was very fast, and Im very pleased with my purchase! I will definitely be looking on this website next time I'm looking to get a new phone.”

“after intialling saying where in stock i then got a phone call some 3 hours later to advise there was no stock left, after 3 days i phoned back and where told in stock i processed the order without any problems,”

“when I spoke to customer services they were very helpful. However I did not receive an order confirmation when I placed the order online, and it was only because I rang customer services that I found out by chance that the order had been put on hold as I was an existing customer of the network provider of the new phone. The helpful person removed this obstacle and organised the priority delivery I had requested when I placed the order. I would definitely come to you again though.”
