“Overall service was to a good standard, only downside is the length of time I had to hold before speaking to someone. The operator was friendly, informative and helpful. The delivery was good and arrived as planned, instructions to deliver to neighbour followed.”

“overall good from choosing phone to free delivery only went to order another phone this week I phone 6s plus rose gold found the right deal only to find out of stock but no information on when it would be back in stock quite frustrating.”

“Once my order went through the phone was delivered very fast securely and effectively! One problem is it's very easy to accidentally purchase more than one phone as its not as clear what you have in your basket when you purchase! However up this happening the return of the phone was easy and the call centre staff are very friendly and polite and willing to help you in any way!”

“The web site was clear and It was very easy to order online. My only complaint is I was with orange/EE anyway and I assumed, as the phone I was buying was also with EE , that my number would automatically be transferred., but that wasn't the case. It would be helpful if this was made clearer.”

“Placed an order on a Sunday - phone arrived quickly but changedmy mind so returned it - all went smottly and quickly. Shame they don't have phone cover on a Sunday so would have been dealth with quicker.”

“I HAVE RECIEVED MY ORDER VERY QUICKLY AND TO TIME. THE MOBILE IS REALLY GOOD AND LOTS OF NEW THINGS TO EXPLOR ON IT, WHICH I HAD BEEN INFORMED OF. GREAT VALUE IN CONTRACT AND FOR GOOD REASONS TOO BUT DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR THIS TAKE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF ITS GREAT TO HAVE A CONTRACT THATS SELF EXPLANITORY AND WORTH WHILE.”

“I actually ordered two phones. One has arrived and I am happy with it but I haven't received the other one and have received no notification to when it will be despatched. I am also unsure if the mobile telephone number I have with EE will be transferred. These phones are actually Christmas presents for my daughters. I am still wondering where the other phone is.”

“Very easy to use, great prices, better than buying direct from the networks or the main Carphone Warehouse site. Down sides: a) you don't get to see the small print of the airtime contract until near the end of the purchase process b) if you are trying to keep your number within the same network as your existing phone contarct the process doesn't work properly even though the mobiles.co.uk screen indicates that it would and lets you input the old number when you buy. In my case T-mobile to EE. We were forced to buy a free O2 sim card, port the old number to there and then port it back to EE. Crazy.”

“Really nice phone,but no manual set up book disappointing. Can't seem to send txt at the moment. And getting through to an advisor poor. Phone wouldn't allow me to do anything,blocked until this morning and battery was charged. At 68 per cent. All in all a disappointing start to a feel good phone”
