“I have found the set up process simple and efficient. The sales rep who assisted me was helpful and understood my needs. I would advise looking at your call hold times as I did queue for over 30 minutes to get through to your new sales team, this is poor.”

“Was uncertain about ordering though the company as had not heard of you before- but not been in the market for a new phone for a while... Ordered and arrived within two days exactly on time as promised. So far so good. Changing supplier so had PAC code ready. Had backed up all I phones (5) and I lads ready for change over to IPhone 6s. New phone is sealed box wouldn't accept back ups. Finally realised back ups on old phone was a newer version 9.2.1 and new phone set on 9.1. Annoying but was able to download the upgrade and finally resolve that problem OK The supplied EE SIM card did. It connect, just said no SIM card . Swapped sim from old phone around and new sim not work in eitherphone. So annoying. Re tried several times but no go. Have rung Mobiles.co.uk and they said I just had to go to an EE shop and get it replaced! But our nearest EE shop is 30 miles away. A 60 mile round trip to replace a faulty card supplied by you! Why can't you send me another and I will retune this one! So in total, new phone wonderful but can't use until I can get to a shop to replace the SIM card.. Very frustrating indeed. Your delivery service is good, but am frustrated because I can't yet use my new toy!”

“I wasn't impressed that I kept getting an error saying there was a problem with my email address when I tried to order online - I then had to ring the costly number and order it that way / I also wasn't impressed at the assistant taking my email address down as .com when he was told .co.uk / that us now my login with 02 and can't be changed. Other than that I was impressed wiry both the deal and the speed of delivery.”

“The deal I found from mobiles.co.uk for an iPhone 6s 128gb was a full £250 cheaper over the 24 month term than the next nearest (giff gaff) My CC companies fraud department queried the payment but otherwise smooth. Do be aware that the company only has premium rate phone number for support and average wait is at least ten minutes so if you do have issues expect to pay for the privilege. Dpd delivered next day despite my order being in the evening. Overall pleased”

“I bought a new Samsung S6 from e2Save this week. They seem to be a pseudonym of Molbiles.co.uk,. For personal service I've found them excellent, though they' expectations been let don by the technology a bit! I tried to buy the phone on 2 browsers and neither would let me complete the sale, however ringing them was easy, and their operative was a blue to sort me out quickly. I then revived the phone and didn't like the colour, but when I called back is was very easy to arrange a swap, and they even picked it up free of charge. The only downer was that they promised to give me an hours pick-up slot range, but the email arrived with a 4 hour one, meaning I had to stay in all morning.”

“Rang countless phone companies and no one could beat this deal. Only downside was phone line, I was on hold for 12 mins before I hung up, after the automated service advised there was a 3 minute wait. I had no trouble doing it online it was really straight forward though.”

“Took up the offer of an iPhone 6S with 1000 minutes, unlimited texts and 2gb of data for £50 up front and £24.95 a month. My existing supplier couldn't get near this tariff so I'm pretty impressed so far.”
