“The staff were very friendly and efficient; however, the biggest problem is the telephone waiting time. The message says the last call was 1 minute, which is very misleading, as that is what you expect; however, I had to wait over 20 minutes to be answered. Average waiting time would be a better measure.”

“It was easy to do and the whole operation worked very efficiently. However I ran into problems in that instead of just using my existing SIMCard I now have two numbers and two contracts and need to take time and money to sort that out.”

“I found an excellent deal via Moneysupermarket and Mobiles.co.uk delivered the phone the very next day. Porting my number was easy but I was put onto the wrong contract at first. I contacted customer service using the on-line email service and got it sorted but it took a couple of goes. I am now a very happy bunny!”

“Mainly good but spoiled by having to call back on a premium phone line and then talking to an agent who did not have a noise cancelling microphone and I could distinctly hear shouting and laughter in the background. I very nearly cancelled the transaction as I felt it could have been a spoof operation - it did not sound like a professional call center”

“They got back to me quickly and weren't reluctant to sort out the problem which is good. The phone had a problem when I first got it but I went to the Apple store and they swapped it for a new one. The contract was very cheap and the best I could find anywhere online.”

“Fast to deal with. Ordered phone, received an email almost immediately advising order was being processed, including a credit check. A few hours later received an email advising order was complete and phone would arrive next day between 1730 and 1830. Phone arrived at 1800. Service thus far has been excellent.”

“I found the site fairly easy to navigate and the deal that I got for my iPhone was quite a bit cheaper than buying direct from EE. The phone was delivered the following day. The delivery was given 1hour window and the courier company were spot on with timings. I'd definitely recommend using Mobiles.co.uk again.”
