“The man I spoke to was very helpful and patient but unfortunately didn’t give me the right advice. I asked if if it was possible to keep my same number but this wasn’t the case. The phone now has to be returned.”

Hello Anna Thank you for your review. Customers are able to transfer their mobile number if they are changing to a different network. If they are staying with the same network then an upgrade would need to be completed to keep the mobile number. If you require further assistance then I have sent you an email. “i bought a esim from them 5 days ago. not one mail saying when i will receive the esim. tried calling them and was on hold for 20 mins. no email address to find the help desk... i have my sim switch date in couple more days and am giving them grace period. after this i will be forced to cancel due to non delivery of services.”

“Mobiles.co.uk offer a good service. The data from ID Mobile was very good and the price competitive. My number was ported over seamlessly as well with no issues. One star taken off though because the offer was with cashback and it's a pain to have to submit 5 statements at different intervals to get this cashbacks as it's a shame it wasn't made easier, but it's deliberately done this way to profit from those people who will forget.”
