“I had to call a few times due to me requiring more detail but all calls were answered promptly and the agents were able to answer my query. Their pricing seems good value for money and the website is fairly easy to use and navigate.”

“I have been using mobiles.co.uk for the last 5years ,always found a good deal on the website when my contract has expired,friendly, and helpful staff when I have contacted them to discuss my upgrade. Never had any issues great next day service even on New years Eve when my upgrade phone arrived. Keep up the great service.”

“Found deal on internet, no problem, but decided to ring sales to make sure that my existing contract would allow me to take advantage of the deal. Rossie was excellent and took me through what was necessary to cancel my existing contract. The phone arrived next day and so far no problems.”

“On purchase this phone was to be delivered on 31st December. It’s now 3rd January and still no sign of phone being delivered. The tracking app status has not changed or been updated since dispatch!”

“Well 3 bars of chocolates have arrived in a DPD bag but no IPhone 15 Pro Max is present and now I have to wait for mobiles.co.uk to do an investigation. They say they are unable to cancel my number being transferred too. They offered no help so it's down to me to cancel my DD, recover funds from the credit card and cancel the number being transferred. No customer service there then, should have just gone to the Apple shop.”

Whilst this is being investigated I recommend you contact your existing network provide and request a new PAC code, this should prevent your number from being transferred to the new contract. “After feeling slightly disappointed when I received the email informing me that the handset I ordered wasn’t available for another 5 days, I contacted the customer service team to sort out the 1p payment issue then went on with my day, later I called to clarify that the order went through okay, to be told “great news, we can get the phone out to you for tomorrow”. Now we were a bit sceptical after reading many bad reviews but to our surprise we have the phone as promised and all is good. I also wanted to add that a lot of the bad reviews are people having numbers ported before receiving their phones, I would recommend doing as I did and wait till you have the phone and sim in hand before setting all that in motion. We all know what delivery services are like in the UK. Thank you very much and happy new year”
