I ordered a phone for my daughters birthday which was supposed to arrive next day (Monday), it finally arrived on Thursday after a ridiculous amount of time spent on the phone to yourselves and the courier.

Nothing went wrong with the ordering and delivery of the phone, but I have had it for 3 months now and it keeps freezing and does not pick up a good signal whether at work or at home. This is disappointing especially as my old phone worked so much better

Despite already having an EE account and switching to another tariff it was not explained anywhere that i would lose my current number which i need as i'm self-employed.

I went through the process to upgrade my phone and instead you put me on a new contract. Apparently there's nothing I can do about this now so I'm going to lose the mobile number I've had for 20 years.

I've ordered 2 phones as separate orders, initially on the same day. Due to internal checks the second order was not processed, but no one came back to tell me and I was left waiting for expected delivery. Twice I was promised a call back but on both occasions I had to chase. I was also promised a £30 discount on the second purchase that was then reneged. Generally, the people have been helpful, but they don't appear to take notes or keep their promises.

I was told maximum two weeks for my phone but that it would probably be 5 days. After two weeks and two days I phoned mobiles.co.uk to inquire which cost me over £10 in phone bills. They then informed me that there'd been a problem as my address was different for my upgrade, yet no one had bothered to phone and now I'm left with an expensive bill. Rubbish customer service.

I ordered 2 Samsung S7 phones for myself and my wife, when they arrived I opened the 1st one and all was fine, then I opened the 2nd bag and found the the phone box had split badly at the edge and the phone was sticking out the edge, due to a heavy impact I would say. I set up the phone due to me needing to retrieve my data off of my old Samsung, that I had to return that day. I contacted mobiles.co.uk and advised of the situation, I was advised to supply my full details and arrange an exchange, I asked for a replacement phone to be sent to my work address so I could transfer my data off of the potentially faulty phone to the replacement, I was then later advised that I would have to return the original hand set and wait possibly 5 days for a replacement, so no phone for 5 days and then no phone to transfer data between. I have not been able to swap the handset due to the absolutely ridiculous policy. A very unhappy customer. Mark Culley

Got a phone call 1 week before old contact was up arranged a deal 3 days later somebody else rang with the same question then another and they said they had no record of the previous arrangement so set up a different tariff then somebody else rang to ask if I wanted to upgrade then when my phones did arrive the tariffs were wrong customer service has a 20 minute if not more waiting time on the phone The solution is if you only rang once when contract was due and log it on the computer for everybody to see at that department it's been very stressful and annoying and I'm disappointed

Quick service receiving my phone at first, it came and the fingerprint Identification didn't work, send it back and had to wait a week for a new phone,it wasn't fair when you could send a phone out the next day when I ordered one at first, when you could surely do the same when I needed a new one
