The agent I dealt with, who was very friendly and helpful but failed to properly process my order so the phone wasn't delivered the next day. This was resolved when I phoned and the phone was delivered a day later. I am also unimpressed that the 3 phone calls I made to mobiles.co.uk cost me nearly £20, thanks to their rip-off call charges. No apology or part refund have been offered. I am very happy with the deal I paid for but would recommend all future customers to buy online rather than using their phone service.

When ordered the website stated delivery would be Saturday, when the dispatch email came along it then told me Monday for delivery. Once i received the phone i had to contact EE because i then could not receive texts or calls to the number. A real big inconvenience.

I thought I had upgraded my phone but instead I had started a new contract in error it was important to me to keep my number so they told me to go into car phone warehouse and they would help me with some sort of triangulation where a number of sim cards are used and a couple of pak codes are needed... Carphone warehouse were as helpful as they could be but I wasn't happy with the customer service from mobile.co UK so I returned the phone and cancelled the contract!!

The ordering and delivery of the phone was flawless. However despite me ticking and entering details to confirm that this was an upgrade to my current EE contract which is expiring, my new phone has been started as a completely new contract. This means that I either have to return my new phone, or have a new mobile number as I will be unable to keep my old one as you cannot change numbers over on the same network. Mobiles.co.uk have been less then helpful and have no real solution. I am now going to have to pay for 2 phone contracts whilst I try and sort this mess out. I hope they try and put this situation right.

Hello Jessica, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you’ve had issues with your order. When submitting applications we may ask for your existing number however this isn’t to upgrade, it’s for the credit check which is required for new contracts. Due to a restriction with EE network existing customers are unable to transfer their number to a new EE contract however you’re able to port your existing number to a ‘PAY AS YOU GO SIM’ on a different network, request a PAC code and then provide this to EE, by doing so you’ll get the best deal and also get to keep your number. I still don't have service! Nice phone, good delivery service and friendly sales advice, but the SIM has not changed to my old number that I requested I keep, so I have tried to get EE to change this by calling 150 and also online assistance, but I still have no service and no change of number has taken place. So after initially being quire impressed, I am now three days without a phone.

I recently ordered a phone from you with o2 I was told I get 6 gig for prices of 3 I've just got a letter from o2 saying I've only got 3 gig?????? Not happy

The phone was sold as an upgrade. At no point was it mentioned that it had only 50% of the internal memory of my previous phone. Extremely disappointed. This is far from an upgrade but rather a downgrade. Won't be caught out by Mobiles Co again.

If you are still within your 14 day cooling off period we will be happy to look into exchanging your phone or you can get an SD card that will expand the memory on the phone. The terminology that the networks use is 'Upgrade' but you can upgrade from a £50p/m contract onto a £15p/m SIM only contract. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Tried to order two phones on the same tariff. On the website I could only order one at a time. Each order meant a separate credit check meaning too many credit checks in one day, resulting in being turned down for the 2nd phone. No idea why I couldn't just put in a required quantity of 2.

sorry to say that I have had a disappointing experience I have had the phone which was all fine. But i cannot log in to my account you did not send me the email with the link so I can not access my account I have tried several times with no success and I have tried to claim my free gift of a gear fit2 but your company name is not on the o2 list of companies eligible

Nothing went wrong with the ordering and delivery of the phone, but I have had it for 3 months now and it keeps freezing and does not pick up a good signal whether at work or at home. This is disappointing especially as my old phone worked so much better

Despite already having an EE account and switching to another tariff it was not explained anywhere that i would lose my current number which i need as i'm self-employed.

I went through the process to upgrade my phone and instead you put me on a new contract. Apparently there's nothing I can do about this now so I'm going to lose the mobile number I've had for 20 years.

I've ordered 2 phones as separate orders, initially on the same day. Due to internal checks the second order was not processed, but no one came back to tell me and I was left waiting for expected delivery. Twice I was promised a call back but on both occasions I had to chase. I was also promised a £30 discount on the second purchase that was then reneged. Generally, the people have been helpful, but they don't appear to take notes or keep their promises.

I was told maximum two weeks for my phone but that it would probably be 5 days. After two weeks and two days I phoned mobiles.co.uk to inquire which cost me over £10 in phone bills. They then informed me that there'd been a problem as my address was different for my upgrade, yet no one had bothered to phone and now I'm left with an expensive bill. Rubbish customer service.
