The sim card provided never worked. Charge extortionate prices to cal customer service . Never got through to anyone. Ended up calling the line provider to gain a new SIM card but this still hasn’t turnt up. So I currently have a phone I cannot use

I still haven't received my phone!!! It was supposed to be delivered on Friday 13th oct but the delivery company you use hasn't bothered to deliver it!!!

I am yet to receive my phone despite it being due to arrive on Friday of last week. The customer service team is almost impossible to contact, and I can't register for an account as it says my postcode isn't valid. This has been a poor show of customer service and currently the courier has delivered the phone to an unknown location and had it signed for by an unknown party.

So I ordered a phone for my daughters bday! The wrong price plan was put through,so they needed phone back,to only then deliver another phone the next day. Then I had the hassle of having to take the other phone back,I was called & offered a accessory pack for the hassle,but only a phone case arrived which was rubbish anyway! Then yesterday I get a bill from EE stating I owe £48 a month mobile.co.uk didn't mention to them that the other phone had gone back! So was paying for 2 contracts!!!! Really not impressed,starting to think it's easier to cancel whole contract,as I'm still in the 14 day period 😡

Although they have amazing offers on the newest handsets their computer system constantly went down and when I was trying to complete my phone order. The woman on the phone said there was a problem with the upfront payment of the Galaxy S8 handset. She then tried to take the payment 2x more for the same error to occur. In the end I said I will try again at a later time. Although the payment had failed from their side the money for the total of 3x payments was taken from my account and had been sent to Mobiles.co.uk. I enquired this with my bank to get my payment back and they said to speed things up you can give mobiles.co.uk your payment ref number to have payments rejected and placed back into my account. Mobiles said they are unable to cancel payments that have become "stuck" on their system. I then went back to my bank to explain and was told the payment would automatically get cancelled in 5 working days. This meant I had NO money for 5 days and this was Appalling as they had taken it all!!! After 5 days living off little to no money for food or anything, I was finally able to continue with my order one more time. This time around a male staff member told me that my order had all gone through and that my phone would be on the way. But it wasn't as simple as that he then rang me 5 minutes later to say he had clicked on a wrong button and they order had cancelled completely again it had taken my money out and had not placed the order at all. He apologises and I demanded to speak to the manager who was of little to no help in understanding my situation of not having much/any money when this happened before and just said the same thing as the staff member which was to try the payment again with out any apology or compensation or anything. I was furious with the way everything was handled and for this reason I would whole heartedly NOT RECCOMEND mobiles to anyone for this exact reason. You will be left out of pocket for 5 days without any phone arriving or any compensation or apology. I had a very bad experience and do not wish my experience with mobiles to anyone.

The agent I dealt with, who was very friendly and helpful but failed to properly process my order so the phone wasn't delivered the next day. This was resolved when I phoned and the phone was delivered a day later. I am also unimpressed that the 3 phone calls I made to mobiles.co.uk cost me nearly £20, thanks to their rip-off call charges. No apology or part refund have been offered. I am very happy with the deal I paid for but would recommend all future customers to buy online rather than using their phone service.

When ordered the website stated delivery would be Saturday, when the dispatch email came along it then told me Monday for delivery. Once i received the phone i had to contact EE because i then could not receive texts or calls to the number. A real big inconvenience.

I thought I had upgraded my phone but instead I had started a new contract in error it was important to me to keep my number so they told me to go into car phone warehouse and they would help me with some sort of triangulation where a number of sim cards are used and a couple of pak codes are needed... Carphone warehouse were as helpful as they could be but I wasn't happy with the customer service from mobile.co UK so I returned the phone and cancelled the contract!!

The ordering and delivery of the phone was flawless. However despite me ticking and entering details to confirm that this was an upgrade to my current EE contract which is expiring, my new phone has been started as a completely new contract. This means that I either have to return my new phone, or have a new mobile number as I will be unable to keep my old one as you cannot change numbers over on the same network. Mobiles.co.uk have been less then helpful and have no real solution. I am now going to have to pay for 2 phone contracts whilst I try and sort this mess out. I hope they try and put this situation right.

Hello Jessica, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you’ve had issues with your order. When submitting applications we may ask for your existing number however this isn’t to upgrade, it’s for the credit check which is required for new contracts. Due to a restriction with EE network existing customers are unable to transfer their number to a new EE contract however you’re able to port your existing number to a ‘PAY AS YOU GO SIM’ on a different network, request a PAC code and then provide this to EE, by doing so you’ll get the best deal and also get to keep your number. I still don't have service! Nice phone, good delivery service and friendly sales advice, but the SIM has not changed to my old number that I requested I keep, so I have tried to get EE to change this by calling 150 and also online assistance, but I still have no service and no change of number has taken place. So after initially being quire impressed, I am now three days without a phone.

The phone was sold as an upgrade. At no point was it mentioned that it had only 50% of the internal memory of my previous phone. Extremely disappointed. This is far from an upgrade but rather a downgrade. Won't be caught out by Mobiles Co again.

If you are still within your 14 day cooling off period we will be happy to look into exchanging your phone or you can get an SD card that will expand the memory on the phone. The terminology that the networks use is 'Upgrade' but you can upgrade from a £50p/m contract onto a £15p/m SIM only contract. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Tried to order two phones on the same tariff. On the website I could only order one at a time. Each order meant a separate credit check meaning too many credit checks in one day, resulting in being turned down for the 2nd phone. No idea why I couldn't just put in a required quantity of 2.

sorry to say that I have had a disappointing experience I have had the phone which was all fine. But i cannot log in to my account you did not send me the email with the link so I can not access my account I have tried several times with no success and I have tried to claim my free gift of a gear fit2 but your company name is not on the o2 list of companies eligible
