After not being able to purchase a mobile through the website due to website issues, I decided to ring and the sales team. I Spoke to a helpful guy who guided me through the procedure on the phone, deciding on a delivery address and day. After a 9 minute call and happy to of got everything sorted I realised the call cost me £15. Once my account came through I realised the sales guy had messed my billing and delivery address and also the day I wanted it to be delivered. After ringing customer services twice, the only thing they could do was email DPD. After spending all day trying to get DPD to send the package to my delivery address for it to only get sent to my billing address a day before I actually was available for it. I then had to travel 2 hours on a train to pick up the package, making the upfront cost of the phone (which was free) actually cost quite a bit of money.

Very disappointed. Received a promotional Black Friday email offering iPhone XR deal with O2. Seemed reasonable and paid 175 upfront for phone. 2 days later recieved another email offering same phone with Vodafone for FREE!! Feel ripped off

Abdul the salesperson called me to discuss my upgrade and contract. He did everything as he should. Polite, explained everything. Checked my preferences to match benefits. However, he didn’t give me the best deal. I noticed later that there was the same upgrade and contract on offer with more cash back! For this reason I’m not sure I’d recommend Mobiles to anyone anymore.

Pleased with phone, as expected but very disappointed with price as have seen the same phone at considerably lower prices elsewhere, Amazon is selling it for £100 and they have the 2017 model at a lower price as well. If i hadnt opened box I would have returned phone and bought elsewhere. I trusted mobiles to be selling it at a competitive price.

The buying process on the website was exhausting with old addresses and phone numbers not being accepted by the system, however also not telling what exactly had to be changed (everything was phrased in a very misunderstanding way). Was about to give up and go somewhere else, even if it would've cost me more.

It is very difficult to get the phone to work So far I have managed to get the data transferred after several attempts But still unable to use the phone or email I am using my old phone now

I was told that the new SIM would have my current phone number on it but it didn't. I thought it might change after a few days but it didn't. I ended up going in to the EE shop who tried to see if I had been set up with a new account on the new number. They couldn't find any trace of the new number at all so have warned me that I should keep an eye on my bank statements in case I end up being charges twice. They told me that, apparently, Mobiles.Co.Uk have form for doing that! The phone itself seems ok but I'm not at all happy with the inconvenience and concern caused.

Every SIM card does have a new number allocated to it, although your existing number would overwrite this if you’ve upgraded. I called to check up about something on my contract and ended up buying an accessory for my phone as the lady was just pushing all sorts of products on me. Product arrives and does not work with my phone case. I phone them up to return and get put on hold for the most part of 30 minutes, for them to tell me they will be sending an accessory bundle including a phone case that will work with said product. I walk away thinking, it's not what i want, but hopefully it'll do. Only for me to find out that that phone call has cost me just over £17. So now this "accessory bundle" is probably not even worth what it cost me, to phone and resolve an issue caused by them. I don't even want to contact them to complain about this, as it will just cost me more! Absolutely furious. I will be contacting Resolver and any other outside source to find a way to resolve this situation without putting me further in debt.

The sim card provided never worked. Charge extortionate prices to cal customer service . Never got through to anyone. Ended up calling the line provider to gain a new SIM card but this still hasn’t turnt up. So I currently have a phone I cannot use

I still haven't received my phone!!! It was supposed to be delivered on Friday 13th oct but the delivery company you use hasn't bothered to deliver it!!!

I am yet to receive my phone despite it being due to arrive on Friday of last week. The customer service team is almost impossible to contact, and I can't register for an account as it says my postcode isn't valid. This has been a poor show of customer service and currently the courier has delivered the phone to an unknown location and had it signed for by an unknown party.

So I ordered a phone for my daughters bday! The wrong price plan was put through,so they needed phone back,to only then deliver another phone the next day. Then I had the hassle of having to take the other phone back,I was called & offered a accessory pack for the hassle,but only a phone case arrived which was rubbish anyway! Then yesterday I get a bill from EE stating I owe £48 a month mobile.co.uk didn't mention to them that the other phone had gone back! So was paying for 2 contracts!!!! Really not impressed,starting to think it's easier to cancel whole contract,as I'm still in the 14 day period 😡

Although they have amazing offers on the newest handsets their computer system constantly went down and when I was trying to complete my phone order. The woman on the phone said there was a problem with the upfront payment of the Galaxy S8 handset. She then tried to take the payment 2x more for the same error to occur. In the end I said I will try again at a later time. Although the payment had failed from their side the money for the total of 3x payments was taken from my account and had been sent to Mobiles.co.uk. I enquired this with my bank to get my payment back and they said to speed things up you can give mobiles.co.uk your payment ref number to have payments rejected and placed back into my account. Mobiles said they are unable to cancel payments that have become "stuck" on their system. I then went back to my bank to explain and was told the payment would automatically get cancelled in 5 working days. This meant I had NO money for 5 days and this was Appalling as they had taken it all!!! After 5 days living off little to no money for food or anything, I was finally able to continue with my order one more time. This time around a male staff member told me that my order had all gone through and that my phone would be on the way. But it wasn't as simple as that he then rang me 5 minutes later to say he had clicked on a wrong button and they order had cancelled completely again it had taken my money out and had not placed the order at all. He apologises and I demanded to speak to the manager who was of little to no help in understanding my situation of not having much/any money when this happened before and just said the same thing as the staff member which was to try the payment again with out any apology or compensation or anything. I was furious with the way everything was handled and for this reason I would whole heartedly NOT RECCOMEND mobiles to anyone for this exact reason. You will be left out of pocket for 5 days without any phone arriving or any compensation or apology. I had a very bad experience and do not wish my experience with mobiles to anyone.
