iphone arrived on vodafone contract.. Will not connect and Mobiles.co.uk take not responsibility for it.

Cheap and nasty screen saver and phone case. Rang to say I wanted to return it the lady said she would send me a cheque but did not need the bundle back. Surprise surprise no refund! They’re now in the bin

phone is great , service is great up to purchase and price seems to be competitive, however ive just got my O2 letter and it doesn't match what ive purchased. so i should have 12 GB of data for £29 but have been put on 3GB for £30pm . This should be sorted straight away but i have to wait ???

I’m sure that the phone when I receive it will be excellent. However my issue is with the delivery. The next day service offered by DPD is nonsense. My parcel has been turned around in transit and they are unable to give any reason why. What is the point of offering this when the company is incapable of fulfilling their promise?

I brought this phone for my son's birthday. He had it for a week and over the course of the week he had it, it wasn't charging properly, kept turning its self completely off for no reason. I contacted Mobile.co.uk and there customer service was shocking, they didn't care that the mobile wasn't working and as I was within my 14 day return all they wanted to know was if i wanted a replacement or cancel my contract. Due to the rudeness i received, I cancelled my contact and went elsewhere. I would not recommend purchasing a mobile from them.

Unfortunately we have had a very poor experience with Mobiles.co.uk. First iPhone that has been delivered had a scratch across the front screen straight out of the box, the packaging looked a bit strange also so I suspect this was not a brand new phone, but rather a customer return. Not a great start! Once exchange has been arranged, we sent the phone back via DPD as arranged by Mobiles.co.uk to their warehouse address, and received notification from DPD that the parcel could not be delivered as there was no one there to sign for the delivery. After getting in touch with mobiles.co.uk this got resolved, however mobiles.co.uk say the mobile parcel is our responsibility (in case of loss etc), despite them arranging the courier. Finally we had the replacement phone sent out, unfortunately Mobiles.co.uk decided to use the billing address as the delivery address, which delayed things further. I am not sure exactly how this happened or what was the thinking behind it, their website even makes a massive deal out of the fact that delivery address cannot be changed and has to be as inputted during the original order. All in all, very good deal on the contract and device, but I wish we have paid a little more and went direct to Apple or 02 to avoid this whole faff. At the end of this whole episode we have ended up with 02 contract staring a week before we even had a device to use it with...

Very late delivery from DPD, causing plenty of problems. I had to collect the phone by myself. The O2 changed straightaway our contract. I love the phone but probably will return the whole bit as it’s unfair and greedy. Bought a contract for 31 pound, unl minutes and texts, 20gig internet. Right the first invoice came with 36 pound price and a few days later O2 sent me a message about another price increase plus only 10 gig of internet. Don’t use this company under any circumstance!

Can’t fault ordering process and phone delivered the next day. However, I have not been able to use phone since receiving it a week ago due to it showing “no service”!! Daily calls to the network provider, who have been really good trying to sort this out but the order is “stuck in the mobiles.co.uk system”(Carphone warehouse). I have used the same online site for numerous phones over the years and used mobiles.co.uk for the first time as it was slightly cheaper - never again!!

Can not use my new phone yet, I have given pac code to o2 but still my phone not working and I’ve lost all photos and contacts. Changing phone is a nightmare I wish I kept my old phone.

Good service until it came to delivery had an hours time slot this came and went by after lots of excuses five hours later after much anxiety and watching the van go right passed our hour I had a message from yourself to say sorry we missed us but we were not at home we left a calling card absolute lies all day but was the Finnish making us the excuse when we with much inconvenience we never left the house all day because of the stress cause I cancelled the phone as it was supposed to be for my partners birthday on Sunday all I wanted was anopolige from the couriers for blaming us. We still want the phone but could not stay in all day on the of chance that it would arrive. David

Phone was promised to be delivered next day by DPD, they did not turn up and when i called them they stated i needed to collect from their depot costing me money and time. I have raised this with mobiles.co.uk and 2 weeks on I am yet to receive and acknowledgement of my complaint let alone a resolution to the matter. Nim

Got a phone eventually but I had to chase this up after the selling agent said he would call back but never did. I was also miss lead about the delivery being able to be left with a neighbour. A bit disappointing. The agent was pleasant enough on the phone though.

Phone delivered on time however after order was placed free gift was not in the item basket After calling the company and emailing twice I have still not had this issue resolved Staff do not seem to know there own terms od service and I believe there has been an issue somewhere with the order but nobody is willing to discuss it Seems they have had these issues since day one after reading reviews Would be helpful to know who parent company are , would like to contact to find out what is happening

I bought a phone and a case for it . But I was sent wrong case. And the price of contract in my invoice differs from the price that I was sent to my email and quoted in phone call. Strange to say the least.

My order was dealt with quickly however I stated the delivery address as being different and this was clearly stated on the order however this was ignored and DPD delivered the phone to me instead which was extremely annoying and inconvenient because I then had to make arrangements to get it sent to the right place .
