Make sure you take a photo or screen shot that this company is offering. I bought mine online & they are denying that it came with the data I purchased. Funnily enough, the deal has mysteriously disappeared from their website..... They said I chose this phone & plan, yet the plan I have paid for is being advertised for less than I paid upfront. False advertising and won't admit it.

Hi Scott, When placing an order online you would need to accept that you are happy with the contract/upgrade, you would also receive a confirmation email detailing your order details. You may still be entitled to return your order if you are unhappy. Well I agreed to a £15 contract. The receipt and final bill on the receipt when paying said £15 a month. I've recieved it with an invoice saying £19 a month!!!

I am being asked to write a review but I don’t have my phone and DPD don’t respond. I asked for it to be delivered on Saturday and made sure I was at home. I get a message saying it will be delivered on Friday which is firstly not what I asked for. They then say Saturday is fine but that is the last I have heard from them

Pleased with my XR..... disappointed it didn’t arrive when it was appointed to.... Even more dissatisfied I had to chase it and go through purchasing all over again as no one communicated to me £23 needed to be finalised prior to completing upgrade....... I very nearly went with a another provider.....

Really disappointed, when I processed my order I was told it would be next day delivery , once the order was through I then was told it wouldn’t be here until Tuesday 23rd due to holidays which I understand , now I am being told it won’t be here until Wednesday, this should be made clear before purchase !

Ordering my mobile was straight forward and delivery was prompt and couldn’t fault it! The only issue I’ve got is that I can’t use my new phone as I didn’t receive a welcome pack which should have come with phone containing my SIM card! I emailed and someone phoned me the next day, they were very pleasant on phone and are sending out a SIM card but need to wait 3-5 working days for it!! I then need to call O2 myself! ( all rather inconvenient) O2 have also already billed me for a phone that I am still notable to use till the sim comes etc!

When ordering my new phone from a customer service agent over the phone my address was put it wrong as I had moved address in the last 2 years but As A credit check was needed I had to give a previous address. This resulted in my card payment not working because the address didn’t match up. The employee should of known that I was able to put in more than one address because people do move house. This resulted in my card payment being taken out of my account 3 times, I was able to get through to a member of the team plus the bank to discuss this. I then had to wait up to 10 days for all this money to go back into my account which wasn’t ideal as it was quite a bit of money.

I ordered the new iPhone XS with O2 from Mobiles.co.uk The order was processed as soon as possible and all seemed smooth. I then got an email to tell me that my Parcel had been returned to the depot and then back to Mobiles.co.uk. With no information I emailed mobiles.co.uk who told me it had been "Declined" but with no more information why, I was left still confused. The day after I received a letter in the most from O2 explaining my "New contract" and all of the monthly details, £49.00 this data etc etc. I have emailed Mobiles.co.uk as I am completely confused, I don't want to get charged monthly for my contract as I don't have a phone! Better Communication please. Regards Tom

Pushed from pillar to post, constantly put on hold, over forty five minutes on phone. Once I said I no longer wished to renew my contract, hay presto, was all sorted in five minutes. However it now appears my data is 5Mb instead of 10Mb. So now I have to waste my Saturday morning going to the O2 shop in town to try and sort it out with the very unhelpful staff in the Hastings shop. Not very happy. Phones great on the plus side and the new deal seemed good as long as i can sort out the data.

Major fault with the phone (screen unresponsive to touch) and SIM carriage was strangely too small to accept the nano card. Actual processing of order and response to my decision to return the item as faulty was excellent so the fault was entirely that of product quality.

Signed up for £24 per month paid massive upfront fee for deal. Letter comes Saying £26 a month plus extra £1 for insurance I never asked for. Customer service says I have to call voda to sort voda says not. CS totally unhelpful phone going back. False pricing

Delivery timing was perfect but the only problem is referral reward I referred 3 of my friends but still didn’t get any reward for that and it’s been 3 months now rang the customer services 2 time but stil didn’t get any response

I don't wish to write a bad review, however Mobiles.co.uk sent me an automated email today asking me to review, despite me not yet receiving my phone... so here goes. (You might want to look into your marketing strategy!) My phone is lost. DPD has lost it. DPD said I have to contact mobiles.co.uk to find out what happens next. But mobiles.co.uk don't have a number to call. You have to email (as far as I can tell), and they say it takes 2 days to reply. Today is day 2 so lets see. Mobiles.co.uk have charged me for my phone, the money has left my account, but I have no phone. So I can only give this one star. I'd like my phone by Christmas as I really wanted the camera for family photos. If anyone from mobiles.co.uk reads these, please contact me! I'd really like to know what is going on and when I will get my phone
