Unfortunately we have had a very poor experience with Mobiles.co.uk. First iPhone that has been delivered had a scratch across the front screen straight out of the box, the packaging looked a bit strange also so I suspect this was not a brand new phone, but rather a customer return. Not a great start! Once exchange has been arranged, we sent the phone back via DPD as arranged by Mobiles.co.uk to their warehouse address, and received notification from DPD that the parcel could not be delivered as there was no one there to sign for the delivery. After getting in touch with mobiles.co.uk this got resolved, however mobiles.co.uk say the mobile parcel is our responsibility (in case of loss etc), despite them arranging the courier. Finally we had the replacement phone sent out, unfortunately Mobiles.co.uk decided to use the billing address as the delivery address, which delayed things further. I am not sure exactly how this happened or what was the thinking behind it, their website even makes a massive deal out of the fact that delivery address cannot be changed and has to be as inputted during the original order. All in all, very good deal on the contract and device, but I wish we have paid a little more and went direct to Apple or 02 to avoid this whole faff. At the end of this whole episode we have ended up with 02 contract staring a week before we even had a device to use it with...
