Purchasing process works ok, but I did read both yours & iD t&c's fully but nowhere did I see that the monthly charge would increase by CPI +3.9% every April, despite specifically looking for this, until iD's order confirmation email was received. This needs to be made clear at the front end of the order process. I'm toying whether to continue with the contract or cancel at present!

At this point I have no idea how well anything will work, my SIM won't become active for a few more days, even though it arrived last week. I have had multiple emails from Mobiles.co.uk but the SIM came from I.D. Mobile - so who am I with?! The cost is 1/3 of what I was paying for a sim-only contract (it would have been gal, but my previous provider just couldn't help raking my eyes on a monthly basis for 1/6 of the data available in this current plan. I've never switched phone providers and kept my number before, so I'll revisit this review when I actually have something to say.

Everything was great at POS. Cheap deal, easy sign up, very informative website etc I ordered a new phone because my old one broke and I needed a new one ASAP as I use my phone for business. Phone arrived next day however I had to re-submit my PAC two days later (despite the website telling me not to as I'd already submitted at POS). Submitting my PAC at POS did not work even though the system clearly validated it. I was without my phone number for almost a week costing me money and causing inconvenience. This needs sorting so it doesn't happen to other people. Apart from the above issue I'm very happy.

It is fine. Info was a little sparse. I prefer specifically for Xmas Eve and it came a day early. Comms were poor and it said Network was reviewing the order but no narrative on what that meant.

Shame really my order was supposed to be delivered at my local curry’s store as I knew I wouldn’t be in to take delivery however my order was pin protected and couldn’t be delivered so it has to be sent back to the warehouse then sent back to curry’s without a pin protection what a mess around considering I chose curry’s for convenience 😡

Easy company to place the initial order. Unfortunately the phone I received was faulty (battery drain issues) and I then had to return the item before they would send a replacement. This left me without a phone for several days and also having a nightmare backing up my information action so I could move it all over onto the new phone once received. I understand this is the process they need to follow but it's frustrating to receive a faulty item, spend over an hour in total on hold to try and get the issue fixed and then have no apology or compensation for the issue. That being said the initial purchase process was quick and easy and the best price on the market

Several reasons for why I am only giving 3 stars in my review: 1) when I had a problem with my initial order, it took hours to go through the computerised system until I could finally speak to a human being to sort the problem out. 2) the second human being I spoke to said they would call back at a given time and did not call back until nearly two hours later than specified. 3) the human beings were kind and friendly and their spoken English was good enough to be well understood. 4) delivery was on time and the driver was efficient and friendly. 5) I can’t review the phone service yet as I have not had the phone and service long enough to comment upon.

Glitchy purchase system failed to tell my son his credit check from IDMobile failed, leaving him waiting in all day the next day only to find his order hadn't gone through after phoning. No email sent to say he'd been refused until after his call. Also payment system says AMEX accepted but it would not go through, kept saying to ring to complete transaction (meaning no cashback). Used a MasterCard and it went through. Eventually had to order the phone and contract in my name. Surely there must be loads of young people whose parents end up ordering their phone in their name instead. It can't be that hard to set up a system to allow parental guarantee of a contract and allow a young person to have their own contract with their own bank set up for payment.

Iv just seen this iv not received any iPhone se i didn't get the delivery so the lady who i spoke to on the phone said i couldn't get another dpd delivery date so I'd need to order another phone after 5 days i noticed there's been money took out my account for said phone I'd like a phone call to speak to someone urgently.
