“When I hit a problem with my current phone contract supplier after buying a phone from Mobiles.co.uk it was so lovely and reassuring to speak to a human, Imtiaz, who understood my problem and suggested a resolution. My new phone from Mobiles.co.uk was returned within the stated return period and the new contract with my current supplier that was made through Mobiles.co.uk was duly cancelled without quibble. The refund of my upfront payment was refunded quickly too. I would have no hesitation in buying from Mobiles.co.uk again once my present supplier's contract ends and I can keep my own number.”
