“Service has been great communication have been good updated by email often about order one thing I was annoyed about was having to wait until there was stock before the credit check gets processed I don't mind waiting on the device but to wait until there is stock to then be told you failed the credit check would just be ridiculous”

“Very helpful staff that are knowledgable but had to ring twice to sort my order out that was originally done online. Didn't mind though as it's a free phone number and got an extra free gift for my trouble! Would recommend these to anybody!”

“Very smooth transaction, customer service was helpful and polite. My only gripe was I had to phone up to chase my order the day before it was due to be delivered because I hadn't heard a thing.... Then I had to wait 13 minutes to get a response even though the answer message said it was a 6 minute wait.”

“The deal I got with Mobiles.co.uk was very good when considering the cashback. The phone arrived promptly and I had no problem porting the number. Only issue I have is that the contract has not been written down properly by either Mobiles.co.uk or Vodafone. I still only have a verbal agreement on what numbers are included in my inclusive minutes. I recommend that this aspect of the contract is looked into. Regards, Matt”

“Phones were provided very quickly, however we have paid for the £10 top up and this was not included in the parcel. I have tried to contact to find out where these are and it has not been very easy to make contact.”

“everything was easy, only criticism would the time it took to get the internet up and running and they neglected to tell me I would need to contact O2 to get my number transferred over. the result being not being able to use my new phone for a week.”
