Ordered after recommendation and at first the phone I wanted wasn't in stock however I was kept up to date with phone calls from Mobiles then my phone was sourced dispatched and had it the following day!

Mobiles.co.uk had the best tariff price i could find for the phone and network I wanted (Samsung Galaxy S5 on O2). When I put the price to my existing network (Orange/EE) and other service providers they could not come near to the price so Mobiles.co.uk were very competitive. The ordering process was very straightforward and didn't take too long. The delivery date that I was given wasn't met, and when I logged on to mobiles.co.uk to use their order checker it just said that my order was processing, even though I had an email to say it should already have arrived. It only took a few additional days to arrive and I am in Northern Ireland so that may have been the reason. When the phone did arrive it was in perfect condition.

Delivery wasn't particularly fast. I paid 2 days line rental for nothing. Process and transactions were straightforward, however I specifically said NO INSURANCE. .!! So why now must I cancel a direct debit with phone care? A direct debit that I never set up or agreed to. £12 a month and £60 excess? Do you think that I'm an idiot? The girl was rude, stuck up and arsey when I tried to cancel. She kept putting me on hold. Pathetic joke. I already have insurance with LV. And please tell talk talk to stop harassing me!!!!

Very speedy process to order the new phone, however, I did not to "cheat' to get past the question - "how many years have you been with your employer" when I had already answered that I am self employed, it would be useful for you to fix this anomaly. I was also surprised that I could not obtain the Blackberry Q10 in a Carphone Warehouse store when that company and your own are in the same group of companies. This could be off putting to those who do not wish to buy a product online.

THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD .I'D TRIED TO PURCHASE THIS PHONE ON O2 SITE AND IT WAS A MESS.PLUS THEY WERE DEARER...LAST DECEMBER I BOUGHT A PHONE FOR MY DAUGHTER . THE REDEMPTION SCHEME DIDN'T WORK OUT ,SO DIDN'T USE IT THIS TIME

Overall a good service. I was struggling to get a contract phone as I am a member of the Armed Forces and have been out of the UK for nearly 6 years, most providers would not understand the break in UK addresses which was becoming very frustrating. Having made my application on your website I received an e-mail stating that the item I had ordered was out of stock and that I would receive an update in 7 days, not wanting to wait 7 days I phoned the number on the website and asked what the alternatives were. I was surprised to hear that my options were to wait for the phone I had ordered or agree to take an alternative, which turned out to be a better phone than the one I had ordered. This option should have been articulated in the e-mail I received, rather than just been given the option to wait for 7 days. Other than that, happy with the service. Thank you.

Happy with the whole process. A little unhappy that the phone colour l wanted (i phone 5c) was advertised as in stock but then when ordered was no longer available and was told they would not be getting any more. Was going to cancel order but they offered me a different colour with a free case and some good quality screen protectors so went for it. Overall, would recommend as their prices are the best.

I was very pleased with the placement of the order, however I was very disappointed with the delivery. My new phone was delivered 1.5 hours early outside the agreed time slot and as a result I was not at home and the phone was left with a neighbour. I was very dissapointed that the courier (DPD) left such an expensive item with a neighbour without my consent. Thankfully my neighbour is a close friend, but that might not have been the case. it would appear that all the courier was interest in was discharging their duty rather than quality of service. I would never knowingly use DPD again - Not trustworty.

I have recently received a pristine refurbished Sony Xperia Z1 Compact with no problems at all. Delivered the next working day as promised, and has not even a single scuff and runs like new. I'm dreading the cashback process as I have only heard negative things about it but I'll see how that goes!
