“yeah its very good website for shopping electric devices. specially mobile phones ..everything is good but its seem to me that if possible to reduce the monthly cost of packages. and I think you should provide some flexible packages..like 600 to 800 min with 1 gb data and it's cost should be like 30 pound..thanks”

“Very good service - kept looking for the catch in the deal but couldn't find one. Phone arrived and was kept informed every step of the way. Delivery could have been a little quicker however once with a courier I understand that this can largely be something you have very little control over.”

“Only real comment was I did not have any notification from you delivery company as to time of delivery they say you did not give them my phone number, I waited in all day popped out for half hour and they delivered to a neighbour in that time so did not get it tlll they came back tea time should have had notification an hour before. Waste of a day.”

“I would have given a very good had the one element not let down the overall experience. I got great online help from Peter and Patrick but once my order was submitted I heard nothing back for 2/3 days to say it was accepted and progressing to the next step. So I sat not knowing and wondering if I should go somewhere else. Not good at all.”

“Mobiles.co.uk offer the LG G3 for the best monthly rate at the moment. The phone was ordered on a Sunday and we expected delivery on Tuesday but it arrived the very next day! How's that for efficiency! Slight trouble with the on line ordering initially as it kept crashing but well worth it!”

“Great prices and the website is easy to navigate. I had no problems setting up my account. Downside- phone box had been opened and re-sealed but phone looked new and I have yet to submit cashback claim so can't comment on that”
