“You provide a fast and efficient service. BUT there was not sufficient information on how to set up the smartphone and on how it functions. We're not all technology savvy and when you're using a new (for you) product, some help is required. The leaflet enclosed with the phone was pitiful. That may be Samsung's problem but I think you'd gain brownie points by producing your own idiot guide. It's fine ordering from the internet but I had to go a bricks and mortar shop to be shown the basics.”

“Great prices, massive choice and excellent staff with fantastic tracked delivery via DPD, the only problem is the 0870 phone number and having to wait 15 mins to get through and that was the 3rd time of ringing and then 20 mins to do the deal at 10p a minute !”

“Very helpful and friendly staff, product was as advertised to be which was great even though I was a little nervous with them being a third party. Only slight issue was that they couldn't fully answer all my questions and referred me to my carrier for most things. Other than that saved me a lot so I was happy.”

“I ordered my xperia z2 of Friday and it was sent out Sunday with DPD which had full tracking. The phone arrived Monday afternoon so excellent delivery. I have mark the score to good because the box seals were already open , but everything inside seemed not to have been used so I am not going to return it. All in all a pleasant experience and a good contract price with cash back ^^”
