“Was perturbed to see that neither the box nor phone were wrapped/sealed. Customer services assured me that the phone was brand new but had been subject to spot checks prior to despatch. I accepted this albeit with slight reluctance. Otherwise, happy with deal and speed of service.”

“The Web-site and ease of use was great but it was let down firstly by the fact that the stated delivery date on the site was 25/08/14 which was perfect but, the programmers forgot to check the calender since it was a bank holiday and the delivery was therefore automatically changed to 26/08/14 with no apology etc. Secondly, the delivery company helpfully offered a change of delivery address which I took advantage of because the delivery date was changed unilaterally. In the event I was in but had someone on standby at the revised delivery address where the phone should have been delivered. However, despite changing the delivery address the phone was nevertheless delivered to the original address !! Not impressive!”

“Excellent phone in general although I do think though that the camera could be improved. Its a mystery why HTC did not use at least a 8 megapixel camera. My old s3 takes slightly better pictures with its 8 megapixel camera and that's 2 years old now although the m8 does have superior camera software. The battery lasts all day and is still around 68%, Although I am not a heavy user. I am happy with the HTC 1 M8 with its general layout and super speed it serves me well. Would I buy again, Maybe not, I would have liked the camera to be at least on par with the likes of the I-phone 5 and galaxy s5 as all reviews I have read put these clear where picture quality is concerned.”

“Overall I am pleased with the service delivered by mobiles.co.uk The only part that caught me by surprise was the cashback by redemption. Which was not mentioned up until I already purchased the mobile device. Otherwise, I am exceptionally. Pleased with the outcome. I recommend their services to anyone looking for a secure and cost efficient deal.”

“Pretty good website, very good value for money. However, i do have a slight issue with the fact we ordered a phone off the site that was showing as 'in stock', but an hour or two later after ordered i got an email to say it was not in stock. I checked the next morning and the website said they were in stock. I made a phone call and was able to switch the colour of the phone to one that was in stock - so presumably the 'in stock' was referring to the phone make and model, but not the particular colour model - so this can be misleading. Their support/helpline was very good though, and it was all sorted.”

“Good. Apart from the fact that instructions to change details were wrong in the email that was sent. In the end it had to be posted to my card address which was not ideal at the time.”

“Zoe - the sales assistant that I dealt with was fantastic - however, despite my phone not being due to arrive until Tuesday 26th August at the earliest, my existing provider cut my service just hours after my upgrade was processed on Friday 22nd August. I had to deal with the repercussions of this myself at a great cost in terms of £ and time. I sincerely hope that this wouldn't happen again if I were to use mobiles.co.uk.”
