I was impressed with the service provided. I'm on a good contract which I've found for a pretty fair price. It was a good deal. I'm also impressed by the delivery, it came on time. Good company. I'm enjoying my brand new S4.

Very good price, but I was annoyed that they supplied my new phoneb as a 'second line' on my existing account without telling me. I was intending to close the old one & transfer the number to the new one (same network so it had to be done that way) , but was told by ee afterwards that they weren't aware carphone warehouse had done this so it greatly complicated things.

I ordered a mobile on pay monthly. The service was fast and good but i just did not like that i had to wait 48hrs before i could get connected and use the phone and yet i was already being billed from the date i requested the phone.

My order was processed very fast, quick delivery of product, and I am very pleased with the quality of the phone and service. My only reason not to give five stars is that the phone has a mark on the side, and not all original accessories suggesting it isn't just an 'as new' customer return, (but then again it is refurbished) and my first bill from O2 is slightly higher than expected, but admin costs must be covered. Overall very happy, and would recommend

well customer service was good nothing to complain about, i wasn't able to get the phone i wanted, but i asked for an alternative to the phone that i originally wanted, same tariff options basically, same price range etc, i received the phone which was good, even tho they was meant to have rung me back to confirm that id been accepted and to wat i was able to have. but the tariff was not the same and I'm not happy with wat they had sent me, so now I'm going to have to get back in contact to hopefully receive a higher gb

This was a simple process. I went onto the mobiles.co.uk not knowing what phone I wanted and was unsure what size contract. I went on the site and found the chat tool. It only took seconds to get a rep on the other end, no waiting in a phone queue listening to scabby music. I ended up chatting to a rep who asked me to put in some simple options of what I would prefer including budget and tariffs. Within 5 minutes we had found the right deal for me. He sent me a link to complete the purchase and waited for me to complete to ensure there were no hitches. Job done. The whole process took no more than 10 minutes. Cyberslob in Cumbria

I was annoyed at first because when I ordered the handset the website said 'in stock', but within 10 mins of the order confirmation I had a 2nd email saying that it was out of stock and they would be in touch within 7 days! However, I went online to the chatroom, and a lady called Clare checked the stock and told me I could have the phone in white rather than black if I wanted it right away (which I did). She was helpful, and by the end of the day I had the confirmation email as promised. This morning the courier contacted me to tell me the hour of delivery, and they arrived 15 mins after the start of that hour. The phone looks brand new even though it is a refurb, and a brief play around with it would indicate that all is okay with it. Hoping that the cashback claims are this easy and efficient!
