“Was initially worried as there was no stock and email annoyingly said would only get update in 7 days. Phone therefore arrived 4 days later than expected which stops me from awarding very good in my review and could be frustrating for some who urgently need new phone/contract. BUT really pleased with delivery - given one hour slot for delivery so no hanging around waiting endlessly. Also pleased with the great iPhone5s deal I got through mobiles.co.uk. Very happy customer overall. Thank you!”

“Web site easy to use and clear directions, good choice of phones and definitely the best deals. Phone arrived exactly on time and great communication via email about delivery. Phone arrived with wrong sim card, have emailed mobiles.co.uk so will await response. This is a shame as otherwise a very good, easy and quick process. I also want to keep my existing number, so again will wait to see how easy this is with them.”

“| am happy with the service so far, although what I first wanted was a white phone which was out of stock, and the free sony ps4 with my phone. I had no idea that they were not in stock, so placed my order. Only when I phoned that information came to light. The guys on the phone were polite, and very speedy in sorting my order out. Got a black phone now came on time looks great have to wait and see if the rest is up to par would have liked to know before ordering online if item is available.”

“All fine in the end had to chase for weeks as the phone I ordered was out of stock! They send me a free starter/accessories pack as a sorry because I was disgruntled and they have sent it for the wrong phone. If you could send me the accessory pack for the iPhone 5c I would be very grateful”

“Placed an order and it was all being processed then had multiple emails saying my order had been cancelled so I had to phone and sort this out, eventually was told I couldn't have it sent to a different address other than my billing address even though I was given the option to do this. Anyway on a more positive note it was re-ordered and I have recieved the phone today but I haven't checked it out yet.”

“Overall positive experience with company. Ordered phone came on time as promised. Little disappointment was their web based account management, where no updates over my order until the last moment. “Ordered Note 4 on a 11th for £28/ month via mobiles.co.uk and was delivered on 17th which was release date. No complaints and good service along with good deal. Have used them before with cash back and all went well then also.”

“Website was helpful and I found the phone I was looking for at a very good price. Unfortunately the on-line chat facility is for existing accounts so the only way to raise a pre-sales query is via a relatively expensive 0871 number. Staff were helpful and seemed knowledgeable - although it is too early for me to tell if all answers given were accurate. The account details used for Mobiles.co.uk were passed on to my selected network provider - this is most inconvenient as it has resulted in an additional account with the provider using an e-mail address that is not the one I would have chosen.”
