“Would have been helpful to have had confirmation before the actual delivery date rather than on the day of delivery when I logged in to the web site over the weekend it just said 'order being processed' but delivery was good and within the time specified”

“I found Mobiles Uk to be a fast & efficient service & the delivery time from processing my order to receiving my iphone impacable. The only query I have is that I still haven't received my free gift 4 days on when the delivery note stated it was to be delivered 24 hours later??”

“Efficient service with the phone being delivered and transfer of number, but was waiting for a contract and details of charges etc which still haven't come. If I go into 'my account' there's a welcome pack but I feel it should have been emailed direct to me. There's no info on call charges etc maybe it'll come with the first bill?”

“After initial concerns regarding an email, received indicating an issue on my credit suitability. I was phoned by mobiles.Co. UK, who said the email was automated and a error and I could have the phone ordered. After this distrubing blip the service from the call operative and subsequent communication was excellent”

“Other than receiving an email to say I had been declined, then the next day another to say my order had been dispatched, the service was good. When tols I had been declined I went elsewhere to apply for another and had a lot of hastle to cancel the other when I found out I was actually gettjng my phone. I love the phone, just please be aware to let your customers know if you have techinical problems.”

“i was impressed with how quickly my request for a new phone was dealt with however i am still not connected to the service after waiting for 5 days for connection there is still no service on my mobile phone this may in part be due to the provider,O2 but i was disappointed that mobile uk doesnt check whether phone is working after delivery”

“I'm over the moon with my iPhone 5S deal - it suits me perfectly. Small glitch at beginning which I think could have been handled more efficiently but once sorted delivery was next day by DPD who are always good. I would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone”

“Overall, happy with service. I ordered 2 iPhone 5c's for my children to use. One order got accepted and the second was rejected by the network provider....I think cos they thought duplicate account! So after receiving an email to inform me - I rang up and spoke to a really helpful rep. He set another order up (with my wife) and organised the 2 phones for delivery at a convenient point for me. My only criticism is that I got no email confirmation of this second order, so it didn't look like two phones were definitely being delivered. A minor thing, I know, but one of my children was panicking they wouldn't get a phone!!!! All in all, a good service. Great offers. Good prices. Really good staff. Cheers guys.”
