“No problems with mobiles.co.uk The phone was delivered as promised, the website was easy to use etc. However, upon receiving the phone it would not activate. Four calls to Vodafone, who each time either cut me off or/told me that they didn't recognise the mobile number, even after 48 hours from delivery. Called mobiles.co.uk and spoke to Charlie who was excellent. He dealt with my query and called me back very quickly. The phone was activated straight away. Then I come to porting my number. Again via Vodafone website”

“I was a little concerned with regards to using Mobiles.co.uk at first, due to some of the negative reviews that i had read, but decided to go for it as the deal was very good, especially with the free gift (ps4) on offer. After i requested the order, i received both a text message and email from Mobiles, giving me the arrival date of my package, and was also given the choice to change the arrival date if needed which was very helpful. So far so good! On the day of the delivery, i recieved both email and text, giving me an eta for the package, which did arrive within the deadline given. My only negative was that my receipt gave the impression that i would receive both my new phone and free gift at the same time (both items being described as 'package 1'), but only the phone turned up. It was only when i called Mobiles.co.uk that i found out the gift could be an extra 5 working days. Perhaps this should be made clearer on the website. Other than that, the whole process went very smoothly. I liked the fact that i was kept up to date with the emails and text messages, which i found to be reassuring. The free gift has since arrived, 3 working days after the order was made. I'd say i've had a pretty good first experience with Mobiles.co.uk, and would use them again.”

“Had an issue where I received an e-mail telling me the phone I'd ordered was out of stock, despite it showing as available on the website. When I called to cancel my order due to this, the extremely helpful lady on the phone managed to find a phone and get it sent out to me.”

“Having placed the order online I always have a bit of uneasiness about doing this type of thing online. However it was very straight forward and easy to place the order and what was the pleasing thing was that I was informed straight away that my order was successful and kept up to date with the whereabouts of the order. When it arrived at my home it was bang on time when it said it would but would of liked the driver to be a bit more friendly as I found him very abrupt but all in all a good service.”

“Very good quality phone and an excellent deal, only things that weren't great was the charger head doesn't seem to work properly, after a second time of using the charger it was repeating the message this accessory is not supported with this phone and also the signal keep fluctuating a lot in the same places”

“Mobiles.co.uk kept me up to date with emails and text messages and resolved a mistake their end very quickly. Their contract prices are very good but you need to visit the site regularly to get the best deals, they don't hang around for long. I would recommend them to other people.”

“Ordered the z3 in copper only to get an email about 20 minutes later saying that the phone was out of stock and there was no need to do anything and they would contact me in 7 days with an update. I'm to impatient to wait so rung customer services and they told me it was in stock and that there was a glitch with the automated credit check. The man was very helpful and polite and transaction went through fine and I received phone the next day but it was a good job that I decided to call!!”

“I have no problem in recommending mobiles.co.uk. Ordered phone and free gift on Sunday night....phone arrived on Wednesday (only negative as it should have arrived on Tuesday) and free gift arrived on the Friday. Great service. The tracking on the packages was brilliant. I would buy from them again.”
