“Happy with purchase of my Galaxy Note 4. Managed to get a better deal from Mobiles than directly from the operator, O2 who wanted to charge more on the tariff. No hassle with the order and fast delivery with only 48 hours to transfer everything over to my new phone. A good service. Thanks.”

“easy to open a contract for a new mobile phone.was told to expect phone by wednesday by courier...this did not happen...tracked it ,told ETA was Thursday by web site...no delivery on Thursday contacted DPD by email late Thursday night asking when to expect delivery..expected response by email Friday morning...nothing...sent further email 10.30am asking once again for ETA ...no response...went out shopping having spent 2 days waiting in for the parcel,....courier tried to deliver whilst I was out.Contacted courier by 1pm on Friday to re arrange delivery..informed it would be sometime next week! ended up driving 14 miles into Kirkwall to collect phone on Saturday morning hence not pleased with delivery communications would score them 1.”

“Prompt delivery when I asked and had the notification from Vodaphone to say it is all set up. I had to change the delivery date due to work commitments but that could be done online without any problem. Haven't opened the box yet though as it is a birthday present for my daughter so got to wait for the big day”

“I chose a phone and before ordering I had a few qeustions that I needed answered. I rang and all my qeustions were answered so I went back online and ordered. Phone arrived very quickly. The only bad point being, is when I rang up the charge is 10p per minute. I thought these types phone tariffs for customer services were now illegal.”

“Service was great, the only problem was I received my first bill from O2 less than 24 hrs after purchase and before I had received the actual phone, which was not going to be activated until dec. 25 th , though I was happy to pay for the first bill on the 13 th of December when I felt it was due I found the at that was not the case after a lengthy phone call with O2 .”

“Very impressed with my first order. Very quick delivery, detailed email communication and update from point of order. Also DPD are a very good delivery service & even text you an hour time slot. Very convenient. Though my second order, my mobile came quickly as expected but my free gift I am yet to receive still and no email to track the gift or separate reference for DPD. They do mot have record of another parcel yet. Hoping this is still coming with my deal as nothing received to tell me it's even pending and when to expect...”

“I ordered Sony Xperia Z3, 24 month contract for £23 a month, 500mins, 500mb data and unlimited texts, It's a very good deal but the fact that its a 4G phone the data should be at least 1GB as you cant expand on your data allowance (I was told by someone working at O2). Also the phone came and it was unsealed, so I'm not sure if Sony seal their boxes or not, or if mobiles.co.uk was supposed to but anyway I sent the manager an email and he replied back saying sometimes they open boxes for checks and they can exchange the phone but the new one that comes may also not be sealed (So what is the point then???). I couldn't be bothered for the hassle and just accepted it. But yes, great website.”
